Cette chambre intime et spacieuse, entièrement équipée (pour 4 personnes) et dotée d'une baignoire de 4 pièces, vous offre l'opportunité d'explorer une chaîne de lacs de 23 km au départ de votre plage de sable adaptée aux enfants située sur le lac Kashagawigamog sur une chaîne de 5 lacs. Une cuisine entièrement équipée, TV / magnétoscope / DVD et barbecue à gaz. Cottage entièrement rénové avec un intérieur en pin noueux et une salle de bains en cèdre, avec de nouveaux lits confortables, des meubles, des rideaux, soigné et propre comme un sifflet - intimité plus sur 200 pi de rivage. Loue de juin à octobre pour seulement 750 $ par semaine. Pas de week-end Il incombe aux locataires de nettoyer le chalet avant leur départ. Samedi au samedi seulement Cette réservation a une politique d'annulation ferme - les remboursements seront effectués jusqu'à 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Un remboursement de 100% est prévu pour les voyageurs annulant au moins 60 jours avant l'enregistrement. Un remboursement de 50% est prévu pour les voyageurs annulant entre 30 et 59 jours avant l’enregistrement. Aucun remboursement n'est prévu pour les voyageurs annulant moins de 30 jours avant l'enregistrement. the picture of the property is misleading not showing the other cottage on site. We were not aware that the property manager would be staying during our stay and doing maintenance. Stained the deck stairs to only entrance to lake and was weed whipping around us while we were at the fire pit .Overall was disappointing that we were not really allowed to relax not knowing if he was going to be doing yard work while we were trying to enjoy our day. If in the information we knew that there was an onsite host would not have rented this property was very disappointing to walk on eggshells while on our vacation, So renter beware that you will not have the privacy that the picture and add shows you on the rental site

Inaccurately advertised : another cottage on the same property with the owner passing all summer vacations at property ...his cottage is front lake ...not the one advertised...the actual cottage : small, filthy, full of dirt on floors and windows, filthy bedsheets and pillows, presence of bugs and mice !!!; Very rude owner...making renovations ( painting and pressure washing outdoor walls )at his cottage while we rented the cottage . SCRAPPED VACATIONS !!! DEFINITELY A NO RETURN FOR ME !!!

Had a great week. The place needs a good cleaning. Dock in bad shape. The property was great and clean . Loved fishing and looking at the lake . I would stay again just needs a good cleaning and dock fixed.

This is my second time at Yardley Cottage and it didn’t disappoint. It is a lovely little hideaway right on the lake. Can’t wait for my next vacation there!

This is an ideal place for me. I did more drawings this time than I did before, did lots of reading and sunning and visiting my favourite places in the closest towns. The owners are very kind and helpful and the lake is great. A real getaway from electronic nonsense also.

This property was lovely, clean and wonderfully quiet. The cottage had everything you needed and Trevor was great and very helpful! I would love to rent it again next year.
