the terrace is beautiful, the apartment was comfortable with the necessary basic things for the stay
the host was very communicative at the beginning to ask about my documents but once we entered the property communication was really bad. there weren't any instructions at the apartment regarding rules for throwing the trash, the remote control of the parking wasn't working and they didn't inform us, I had to work remotely and almost 2 days after they told us the wifi-password after many messages asking for the router or the password location (neither could be found easily), directions to find the property were wrong for example the street where the gate to enter the apartment is located is not the same one for the parking. Some properties leave at least a small bottle of water for the people arriving to get by since the water from the faucet in the island is not drinkable, it would have been nice to have at least that, so make sure you bring water on the first day. all tose are very small details that can be easily avoided and would result in an improved experience for the guests.

There was plenty of towels, comfortable bed.
we booked this property because it had pool but it didn’t worked during all our stay (for 7 days)… in the apartment dishwasher doors were broken it fell and hurt my leg very bad… In the kitchen missing many things such as cutting bord, glasses, simple spices such as salt or peppers…

It is a quiet place with extraordinary view from terrace. You have everything you need in apartments. So much room space,cozy,comfort and good energy.The best market shop is 1km away in Fraile town,Fish market is 3km away in Las Galletas. Garage with your own parking space is extra bonus for more comfortable vacation. Hosts are so polite and helpful about any requests we have. Best recommendations for this apartment. Have a nice trip! Amazing relax stay in a spacious and modern place. Terrace with sea and mountain views for the win!
The apartment itself is amazing! Beautiful, clean, modern, spacious, nicely furnished, great equipment. The best selling point is definitely the terrace with many places to sit, lay down and relax. It has a partial sea view and an amazing view on the mountain (which is very nice to hike). The host was super-friendly and super-responsive via WhatsApp. It is also baby-friendly, we got a cot for free. Great parking space in a secure garage. Nice swimming pool - although we didn't use it that much since there is sea everywhere around the island :)
Not much to say here, everything was perfect for us ... perhaps location, although it was exactly what we were looking for. Potential guests need to know that it is in Palm Mar, which is a quiet place away (10/15 mins drive) from the bustle, crowds and happening of Las Americas, Los Cristianos or Adeje (there are some shops, restaurants and bars very close by, though, so it's not remote). The apartment is walking distance from the sea, but there are many better beaches all over the island. So, in case guests have a car, this place is perfect as Tenerife offers free parking all over and it's easy to go around.
