Goede betaalbare optie in de buurt van Grand Canyon NP. De informatie vooraf was goed geregeld en hoewel we van te voren geen hoge verwachtingen hadden was het toch een goede ervaring.
Geen ruimte om koffer open neer te leggen en ja je hoort de buren wel, maar wat wil je in een trailer.

Really nice and clean apartment. Very good communication with the host, gave supporting and precised information for the check in! Location is very good for trip to the Grand Canyon. We would always book again, we had a lovely stay there!

The room is clean with complete with amenities like fridge, coffeemaker and microwave, and a TV with many choice of channels. It was quite near, about 40min, to Grand Canyon National Park southern entrance.
It was smaller than expected, with no place to hang our coats and clothes. Too far to nearest town, Williams (35miles).

Cool place "in the middle of nowhere", very comfy and clean.
The road there was a bit too bumpy for our sedan.

It’s 30min from the Grand Canyon
It was dirty, the bed was terrible, no plastic cups, plates, silverwear, etc. wifi didnt really work. The mobile homes Are also a mile down a dirt road with no lights.

The direction could have been better. Used mile marker 219 as a guide. Say it’s a gravel dirt road

The property itself was good & private. The road to the property was harsh. It’s a dirt road & during monsoon it’s is hard to drive on.

Location to local restaurants (about 25-40 min from variety of choices). Room size was smaller than expected.

Considerate supplies for toiletries, wifi, TV, towels, etc. Clean. The shower might actually be better than mine at home.
The heater is the old clunky loud kind. The road into the location has an unexpectedly long stretch of dirt road

Comfy bedding and bed. Appreciate the water and toothbrush as well as the guide book of local restaurants and viewpoints at GC!

No sighs with light so you don’t see the place in the dark. Poor maintenance.
No one answered call after 3 messages we left. Bed wasn’t clean, blankets no cover. Heaters in poor maintenance. We will never book it again
