The home is wonderful - spacious, charming, and in a great location -- walking distance to the beach. Bobby is an excellent host - responsive, attentive and super nice. Highly recommended!

The marsh front room was beautiful and a great place to watch birds, including great blue herons.

The view overlooking the Marsh makes the sunroom, dining area and kitchen very special places in the home. The master bedroom is beautiful, and the other two rooms are clean and well-kept. We loved the walk to the beach (quite near, and over streets very safe to walk with children) and bike rides in the neighborhood. The house supplies nice linens and usable towels but could have used a few more of the latter - bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen appliances are old and if you’re a serious cook, the kitchen could use some restocking, but it worked for our purposes. We appreciated the selection of games, puzzles, and books, and relaxing on the back deck and cooking on the grill made for a few wonderful evenings. Just bring the bug spray as you’re right next to the marsh!

Small house, nicely located near beach and town. Quiet street. Large master bedroom, but two other bedrooms are small and only appropriate for smallish children. Furnishings are good, especially in sunroom (very nice space). Kitchen could use some upgrades in appliances and in cooking equipment.

Comfortable home, easy to relax in the sun lit rooms, and walk every where. You can be heard without a car.

We were pleasantly surprised by this home. The place is in great shape, and clearly set up for guests. (How can one tell? Lots of empty drawer and cabinet space!) The setting is absolutely serene. The photo doesn't even do it justice. It is the last house on a cul-du-sac. The main common room has calming and soothing views out over a marsh pond, with ducks, egrets, and orioles feeding nearby. It's a dream location. If you discover the shortcut through the back yard you can comfortably walk to the heart of town in 10+ minutes. Bobby, the host, clearly cares about all aspects of your stay. He is very communicative but not intrusive. The bottom line is that this was a great VRBO experience, and we highly recommend this property.

I stayed here for a long weekend with my wife and three kids. The house is well maintained and very private with a nice view of the marsh/pond where you'll see lots of interesting birds. The house is at the end of a dead end street so there is room for kids to play and ride bikes. The bike path to Woods Hole is a short bike ride from the house and you can easily walk to the beach (1/4 mile) or to downtown Falmouth (about 1 mile). The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I'd stay here again and would recommend the property to my friends and family.
