Wonderful spacious villa in a quiet residential area short walk to supermarket shops and restaurants. Tias is a good location to explore the island. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Large pool area with lots of sunbeds. Great terrace to eat outdoors.The description and photographs of the property are very accurate. Thank you Paul for all the great information. We are looking forward to returning to Casa Katrina.

Cozy house, very well prepared for guests. You can find there everything from coffee maker to the towels for the beach. Pool was great as well. Peacefull, residential area, but also a great location to travel around the island, as we did. Close to go to Puerto del Carmen or Arecife or the airport. Also the host, Paul - very comitted person. Simply recomending.

i am disabled, with walking difficulties, if this is you i recommened giving this property a miss, however, if your party ia abled bodied then yes i would recommend this villa, it has all you need

The location was spot on for us plenty of room pool area brilliant and had everything we needed and Paul the owner was lovely
