Notre SEULEMENT 1 chambre juste à la plage! Finalement! Une unité MAGNIFIQUE de 1 chambre à coucher qui dort 3 pour vos vacances!
Si vous êtes en bonne santé et que vous pouvez normalement voir et monter et descendre les marches, vous AIMEREZ l'unité # 12! Si vous êtes âgé ou avez du mal à voir ou à parcourir les marches, NE louez PAS cet appareil. Nous avons pris une photo des étapes afin que vous puissiez les voir (avec atterrissage à mi-chemin), veuillez les voir dans les images ci-dessus. L'unité # 12 est au deuxième étage d'un immeuble à condos sans ascenseur. Si vous êtes en bonne forme et capable de monter et descendre les marches correctement pour accéder à un condo, vous n'aurez aucun problème et vous adorerez votre séjour à l'unité # 12! We had a wonderful stay. The property was spic and span. Excellent access to the beach. Nice neighborhood. We rode our bikes down to port and watched the cruise ships

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge, a nice couch with a large flat screen TV plus a smaller flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Very close to covenience stores, a few bars/restaurants, and a 15-20 minute walk to a large grocery store. It's also on a bus route. The beach was a short walk through a nice path.

Perfect rental on the beach. Corner unit w extra light. The rental has all you need to be comfortable for a few nights stay. Quiet area but still close to everything. Beach is quiet as well.

First off, the place was clean, and when I text the lady about someone in my parking spot, she said she would handle it, so I went to the store and came back and my spot was open. Although it is decently cleaned, I came across 4 **** roaches during our stay, one of which was in my bed. Also the air conditioner is in the bedroom which can be a good and bad thing. Good because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, bad because of the noise. I sent the lady an email about the **** roaches and never heard a word back from her. I will say the location is spot on as far as the beach being right there. There was also beach chairs and everything you need to get to the beach for our stay. Although almost everything has been updated besides the bathroom, I still would not ever consider staying her again due to the **** roaches.

Two of our daughters got married over the last eight weeks and we needed some decompression time. We turned to our Go To place and had a great time on at Cocoa Beach doing nothing. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location! Right by the beach. Quiet, scenic street. Condo was quaint, cozy, and simple. Just right for me and daughter. Loved being in the corner unit away from everyone. Great price! I wish it had a washer & dryer inside the unit. I would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised at this rental. Renting a one bedroom condo for the first time, I wasn't sure what I would be getting. But, I found it to be "homey" and very comfortable. It was easy to find and close to everything - restaurants, sports bars, shops, groceries, and so forth. Kennedy Space Center was about 12 minutes away. It made for a wonderful time and I would be happy to stay again.

Location is the best thing about this property.
The furnishings have been updated, except for bedroom tv. It is about 12 inches and from many moons ago. The living room tv had to be rebooted every day. The microwave power setting could not be adjusted. One of the beds mattress foundation caved in.
If you walk barefoot in the unit you get black feet.
The area has many dining options and many activities,and sightseeing opportunities.
Be adjustable and you can have a great vacation!.

Awesome Sept 2021
This was our fourth stay at this location and undoubtedly the best visit so far. You can't beat the location and the accommodations are perfect for my wife and I. Already looking forward to our Spring visit.
