Extrêmement privé de 2 chambres et 2 salles condo sur le magnifique lac Christopher. Il ya une terrasse sur le toit privé avec grill. Le condo a une cuisine complète, salle maître-lit et une mezzanine. Il ya un salon confortable avec poêle à bois. Idéal pour les familles qui recherchent des vacances très abordable. 20 minutes à Sunday River et à 10 minutes de Mt Abram. Downtown Bethel est de 10 minutes et a de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Profitez de la natation, pêche et le canotage dans le lac.

I was determined to get away. Even with no snow and a recent flooding rain storm I was still able to enjoy the area and hiking. This condo was right on a pond and easy access everywhere. It was perfect for my needs and price point.

Our stay was very good.The place had everything we needed (except linens,linens not provided) The view was amazing even enjoyed some fishing off the nice dock.

We had family staying in other parts of the property which offered a perfect setting for family fun. We were not gifted with good weather, but we had a great time visiting, playing games, swimming, paddle boarding, etc. even in the rain.

Amazing weekend, with everything we need would go back again

This is a hard review as there were some definite pros and definite cons. First, George was awesome to deal with , answered any concerns and always responded very quickly. The property had some limitations with no laundry facilities, a large chimney in the living room and no windows in the master other than 2 opening skylights. On the positive side, the kitchen was very well stocked and the rooftop deck with gas grill would be awesome in the other 3 seasons. This is the first VRBO we have stayed at that required us to bring our own linens and we felt there was quite a lot of personal items in the closets and dressers. Location was great being just 20 minutes to Sunday River and less than 10 minutes to Mt. Abram.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at George’s place. It is spacious, very clean and has a wonderful view of the lake, The property manager George was very communicative and helpful with all the snow that we got. They do a great job at this Condo. I would highly
recommend this unit for renting.

We liked this rental. We would just like to mention The furnishings are older. Also the second bedroom is a loft over looking the living area. Considering all it was comparably priced nicely located & clean and the gorgeous view made up for anything lacking.. It was winter but I bet it’s really fun in the summer with access to the lake The owner was very accessible to any questions. Thank you!

Great place for a ski weekend
This condo has everything you need for a cozy weekend skiing in Maine. The check-in process was clear, the house was very clean, and the space was very comfortable for 6 adults. I gave the accuracy only 4 stars because it's better than the photos! A big thanks for letting us stay here for a long weekend!

The condo was very clean and neat wish we could have checked out the pond weather was not corporating neighbors where nice only issue was the air in the hall very hard to breath do to circulation deck had a beautiful view when it didn’t rain

The property was just as described. Nice location on the lake and although we didn't get out and enjoy the lake it was nice to have that view. The condo was more than adequate in size and accommodations. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking vessels, dishware , coffee mugs etc. Bathroom also stocked with TP and bathing supplies. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms. The two minor downsides were the nightly train and the air conditioner. The train wasn't a problem if windows at front were closed. The air conditioner struggled to cool the front bedroom adequately with the heat wave (daytime temperature was in the low 90's)

The best place we found for dinner is the Honey Badger and we had a good breakfast at the Crossroads Diner. We would like to vacation there again.

Lovely lakeside property
We really enjoyed staying next to Bryant Pond. Plenty of outdoor activities to do at the pond and in the area. Property was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pond (which is really more the size of a lake). Quiet and restful. You do need to bring your own towels and sheets for the beds and there is no way to wash clothing. It’s also on the 3rd floor of a condo building so won’t work for anyone not able to climb stairs. But other than that this property was a nice place to stay.

From Bangor with love
This is a really nice area, very clean, and friendly, especially the neighbors and the folks at the gen store down the street. It's quiet too, for the most part. A train goes by sometimes a couple times at night. The tracks are approx 75 - 100 ft. away, and it feels a little like it's coming through your bedroom. We just laughed and rolled over and back to sleep. The only really downer, was that because of COVID 19, many fun entertainment areas were closed. But that's not the property's fault.

It was a great stay
The property location is great, very convenient, and close to Sunday River. We were a party of three and slept comfortably. We could have invited another adult and I think we still would have had enough space.

Close to the slopes!
The condo is a great and easy location to ski Mt Abram or Sunday River--right off the main road. Easy to find; instructions to check in were detailed. Awesome decks and beautiful lake right out the door. Clean, homey, and quiet! Slightly annoying to have to bring your own linens, but I'm guessing that keeps the price down, and I'm all for that! One thing to note is the bathroom on the main floor is through the master bedroom, and the other is upstairs off the loft where the second bed is. (no bathroom off main living area) Not a deal breaker, but we just thought it was odd.

Nice ski weekend
We booked this property for a ski weekend at Sunday River. It was convenient to the slopes and to shops in Bethel. The 3rd floor walk up was a little difficult with small children, but the space was perfect for our group of 6.
