. Apartment was clean. Kitchen had all needs. Wifi was excellent. Air conditioning was good. Had safe indoor car parking. Very handy 10 min walk to Cavaleri metro station. 5 minutes walk to grocery stores like MAS & DIA. Apartment residents were very friendly. Very spacious aprtment. We didnt use swimming pool and tennis court

A welcome drink/ water bottle would help visitors travelling from long distance to refresh.

It is a spacious flat in a „gated community“. Very quiet, nice people, very great pool overlooked by a rescue swimmer. Fully equipped flat, air con in all bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc. Check in and check out worked smoothly. No issues at all. We would stay here again for sure. Kids loved it, too.

Kitchen equipment could be a little more (cutlery could be a bit more, especially if you stay with a bigger family like ours, a second board to cut things would be nice).

Everything was really nice. Beautiful apartment with everything a family needs and a great view from the balcony. Ariel was really helpful. The metro which gets you to the city center in only 10-15 min away. Safe area, private parking.

Close to Sevilla, enough kitchen facilities, private apartment, 2 toilets.

Very small private parking space (but free parking on the street), shower overflows.

The place was clean and and felt like home. I would tell anyone who my stay was enjoyable.

An excellent 3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of block 3, within a gated surroundings. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. There are parking spaces around the apartment blocks (within the gated community) as well as in the basement - though the parking lots are quite narrow. The location is a €12 to €13 Uber taxi ride out of the centre of Seville (the Cathedral). Suggest you follow their directions via Maps rather than your own vehicle's satnav!

Communicating with the host via telephone is a bit difficult - she only speaks Spanish. Fortunately, a neighbour spoke English and he helped us phone her to ask for the keys.

The apartment is very spacious, with lots of storage space. The view from the balcony and the sitting room is superb, it really is a Sevilla balcony! The kitchen and the bathrooms have been completely renovated, so everything is like new. The shower is spacious, with a towel heater. Everything in the apartment is practical, lots of extra things, including the sewing kit, or ice cubes in the fridge. The TV is a smart one, so the kids enjoyed it a lot watching YouTube. The quality of sleep is wonderful, the mattresses and pillows are so comfortable, the best sleep in our journey. It was great to be able to park our car in the garage downstairs. The hostess is a very friendly person. The communication with her was excellent. She brought us an electric kettle and a six-pack of water, which was a pleasant detail. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to spend some time in Sevilla as a family.

The single bed bedroom doesn't have AC, but it wasn't a problem for us.
