The location and the staff at Alex Scott were friendly helpful and extremely responsive
The main issue was we booked a three bedroom two bathroom house without knowing the third was not attached to the main house. This in itself was not so bad but the fact that you had to exit the bedroom and walk outside to use the bathroom was especially on a cold wet windy night. The step up to the bathroom and an unreliable sensor light didn’t had to the experience.
As well the property was not particularly clean and there were limited cleaning tools for us to tidy up. Lots of crockery was chipped and it is poor form not to supply dishwashing liquid.
