Nice location, excellent panorama, large apartment with all the necessary accessories.
A mosquito net on the front side would be useful as not everyone likes to sleep with A/C on. The motorbikes climbing up the hill are noisy sometimes.

Big apartment with stunning view, close to the city centre. Very comfortable mattresses. Friendly and polite owner. Spacious parking lot.

Very spacious apartment, awesome view from the terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped (including dish-washer tablets, coffee filters etc.). Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Very nice hosts, willing to come immediately in case of any problem.
The apartment is located a bit uphill from the city centre or beaches (about 10 to 15 minutes walk). But you can turn it into a nice everyday walk, so it wasn´t really a problem.
