Mein Mann war sehr zufrieden mit seinem Zimmer und hat sich für seine Prüfung komfortabel vorbereiten können.

nette, kleine, modern ausgestattete Zimmer, hervorragende Küche Abends (beste Arnsberger 'Pommes-Bude' mit Restaurant Qualität.
Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten, das ist aber auch kein Problem da fussläufig 5min entfernt mindestens 2 Bäckereien auch am Sonntag günstiges und gutes Frühstück anbieten.
je nach Witterung (Sommer) etwas laut da Fensterlage zur Straße hin und Aufgrund der Lokalität viel Verkehr von Leuten die mit dem Auto die Essen holen. Ist nun mal wirklich gut :-).

Everything very clean with up-to-date furniture... additionally the room had a mini fridge and a water cooker with coffee and tea. The greek restaurant/ takeaway in ground floor has very good food and is ideal for the evenings (a connected business, keys are picked there)
Got a ticket for the adviced "free" parking (which is parking on the street: free only upto 8:00 in the morning)... the facility has no own parking lot ... had to sent 3 reminders until I got a bill (the bill itself was professional)
