Emplacement idéal et le calme de l endroit...TOP
Rien , juste signaler que le parking est payant comme dans toutes les villes touristiques.
À savoir aussi les chambres sont communicantes...passage obligé pour les toilettes.

Location is great in the city center of Dinant. Also, two small playgrounds close by for the kids.

The apartment is very well located in the centre of Dinant.
You have to go through the bathroom to go to the bedrooms; this is not handy at all, especially since the toilet is also in the bathroom.
Also, the description says the apartment has been recently renovated. This is definitely not the case, everything, especially the bathroom, is old (but works).
Also, there is almost no isolation with the apartment above, so we could hear everything and the upstairs guests woke us up at 7 am. Their bathroom is just above the bedrooms.
The owner also said that there is sufficient parking space in the streets around the apartment, except om busy summer weekends. However, we never found any spot so we parked on the paying parking close by.

Host responded quickly to questions, apartment was clean with basic facilities and perfect for overnight stop. Could happily have stayed longer.

Good afternoon, thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation and a wonderful weekend, we really liked it, comfortable conditions and location, a very accurate description of the location of the key, when in a message from the hostel organization, we encountered this option for finding the key for the first time, but we coped with the task very well quickly, as everything was clear. I didn't want to leave this wonderful place. Thank you very much for the holiday. Good luck :)

The place was very clean and it had many appliances which made it super easy for us to stay.
The mattresses and sofas are a bit old, so they’re not that comfortable.

The location was great, the apartment was spacious, the owner is friendly and check-in/out went smoothly, and the apartment had everything we needed (cutlery, toiletries, towels, etc.). Overall it was a great value!

Confortable and cosy. Location is at the center of Dinant, walking diatance from the shops, bar and restaurants.
Parking in front of the appartment is difficult but it is not a big deal the pay parking is just few steps away and it is only 50cents per hour.

The beer shop (Dinant Night Shop) on Rue Grande and the ice cream place around the corner (Boulangerie Patisseire Vander Cammen on Av. Winston Churchill).
The host was proactive with pre-arrival arrangements.
The apartment seemed to be a low-budget refurb of an old apartment and access was only possible by walking through some creepy unfinished works area on either side of the corridor downstairs. Very basic provisions, I am glad we did not plan to stay for longer.
The price paid was disproportionate to the offerings.
The location isn't far from the town centre but the surroundings weren't too family friendly during the evening hours. We had even eyewitnessed some pity crimes on the street...!
The town was flooded with aggressive wasps everywhere, making it impossible to enjoy any food or drink anything outside (in early August). This has nothing to do with the accommodation but probably good to know before visiting.

Great location, nice big sitting room and very clean apartment
location of the bathroom. The small bedroom connects through the master bedroom to the bathroom and to get to the bedrooms from the sitting room you have to go through the bathroom first

Warm welcome and the location of apartment
TV connection was not working, it was on and off due to faulty switch, kitchen is not tidy , it has barely any usable utensils for cooking.
Managed for one day, definitely not for more .

Facility: maybe add a few kitchen tea towels to dry the dishes. And the room can be more dust free.
Location: very near to almost all must-seen attraction spots with walk in distance. Nice boutique around the corner, you can enjoy the fresh crossion and pastry in the morning from the local pastry, different kinds of restaurants alone the river side, just out of the door. Parking is for free on the street next to the apartment.
Host: Thomas is very friendly and easy going.
Facilities: very spacious apartment with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two bedrooms are suitable for family and friends stay. TV with Netflix account access.
