We LOVE to stay at Michael's condo!
It's always clean & SO comfortable. We love the fourth floor view while sitting on the balcony with our coffee.
The whole property is so nicely maintained.
My grandchildren drove down from Houston for the day & SO enjoyed the beach. It was a wonderful way to spend family time with them.
We enjoyed eating out & shopping as well as chilling by the pool.
It was a great vacation, & we were sad to leave.

Nice property with great ocean views. Has all amenities one needs. Great pool area. Very quiet and friendly community. Owner responded immediately to any questions or issues. Only concern was the property needed a deep cleaning. Would definitely come back and recommend this property to others.

I've stayed at Palisade Palms several times and this is a stand out property. This wonderful condo is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I usually purchase/bring beach toys but read there were some in the condo. It was great to be able to borrow/use these verses having to pack and/or purchase them. The TV/cable package has a zillion channels which is great when there are playoff games and/or a rainy day. We were fortunate to have amazing weather, so not much TV watching, except for those playoff games. Previous guests shared items like laundry detergent and ziplock bags. I had purchased these items as I've always needed to and was surprised to find them in the condo. This property feels like you are staying at a friend's home verses a rental property. The owner is very personable, prompt, and thorough in communications. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Palisade Palms is a beautiful resort with amazing views of the ocean, pool and morning sunrises! The amenities at this resort are great! I loved the area it is in, far enough away from the crowded areas but close enough with just a short drive to enjoy all the restaurants and entertainment. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and was supplied with everything we needed. If we were ever to visit Galveston again I would be definitely stay at Palisade Palms Resort again!

Can't say enough about this rental. 5 stars in all areas! Palisades is an amazing place, and the staff treat you like family. Palisades is not your standard high rise Condo, it's a luxury site, and offer amazing amenities, including deluxe accommodations, pool, several hot tubs, mezzanine coffee bar, and easy access. Our unit was exactly as described, and was well stocked with supplies. I can see why our host, Michael, is a "Super Host" as he went above and beyond to support us. He checked on a regular basis to make sure all was ok, and recommended restaurants and things to do, based on our interest. Will definitely stay here again on our return trip, and assure anyone considering this unit you will not be disappointed.

The Palisade Palms is an incredible facility, with first-class amenities and wonderful location. The sunrises AND sunsets were amazing; the beach location is great; the pools and hot tubs were perfect; and we used the putting green and pickleball courts almost every day. Long walks on the beach were an every day item, and the proximity to the Strand/downtown was great for dinners; the kitchen in the condo was perfect for preparing our own breakfasts and lunches. Definitely 5-star! We will be returning!!!

Relaxing holiday in beautiful unit and complex
This unit was just as described in the listing, beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of utensils and cooking pans, plenty of dishes, etc. The owner was very responsive and attentive to a need we had. The amenities available at the property were excellent. Our party included teens up to my 78/80 yr old parents. There was something for everyone. All ages enjoyed the game room facility with Foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, pool table, big screen TV and gorgeous views. The pool is beautiful and plenty of seating with shade, if desired. As silly as it sounds, I appreciated the nice boardwalk from the condos to the beach - specifically that it had ramp access and a neat deck at end of the boardwalk with tall deck chairs to sit and people watch.
Things we enjoyed: complimentary morning coffee bar, large ice machine (on different floor - we use a lot of ice!), fitness center, game room/lounge, comfy beds, comfy chairs on this unit's patio (great views), loads of blankets/light throws to use for chill/lounge time in front of TV.
Things to consider: replace a couple of pans, remove some low lying decor and smaller decorative pieces (especially for families with younger kids),
All in all - great rental and experience! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!
I took my daughters for spring break, and I was so happy with the property. The location was great, the property itself in very good condition and well decorated. It also indicates a fully equipped kitchen, which we needed because we cooked at least two meals per day while we were there. Michael was very responsive whenever I communicated with him. I highly recommend this space.

Absolutely beautiful
I highly recommend staying at this condo. It is probably the best appointed condo we have ever rented and the views are amazing. The furnishing are nice and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything you may possibly need. There were plenty of towels, pillow choices and sheets. Also, large closets and plenty of storage. They had a cooler to use at the pool or beach. Other beach supplies and towels. Plenty of hand soap, Kleenex, t-paper and paper towels for the week. (we usually have to buy to have enough). Also had everything you’d need in the kitchen so just need to buy your food. The balcony had very comfortable seating which we enjoyed daily. It was a little chilly and windy to be on the beach a couple of days so we really enjoyed having a nice balcony area to use. The facility is well maintained throughout. They offer morning coffee, a large pool area with lots of chairs and beach chairs to borrow. as you walk out onto the beach. They did set out chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach on the weekend. We would definitely rent this condo again. I should add that the owner was very quick to answer our questions.

Escape from Winter
We stayed for 6 weeks to escape the Midwest winter. The condo was nicely decorated and had a very homey feel. The layout was perfect. Friends and family came to visit and the second king bed with its own bathroom was so nice for them. We loved the beach location and the fact we could bring our dog. I highly recommend this condo & its wonderful owner.

Perfect "Home Base"
We love staying in Michael's lovely condo! We can watch the sunrise from our bedroom &/or the balcony, the Gulf view is excellent whether cooking or reading a book. Galveston is such a fun get-a-way & this condo is the perfect 'home base!'

Perfect Getaway
We had a great stay at this property! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable that we actually missed them once returning home, lol... The balcony had nice chairs for everyone to sit out and enjoy the amazing view and we spent every evening out there. You won't regret booking a vacation here. We plan to return!

Tropical storms follow us!
Last September, we had Tropical Storm Imelda, & this time it was Topical Storm Beta! September is a stormy month!
We still had fun cooking, napping, coffee from the coffee bar on the mezzanine, sitting on the balcony & enjoying our lovely condo.
We enjoyed all of the amenities on sunny Friday & Saturday!

Absolutely AWESOME!
The condo was wonderful!
When Tropical Storm Imelda rained for 3 days, we had coffee from the complimentary coffee bar downstairs, worked on a jigsaw puzzle from the game room, & watched the mighty wind & waves from our own generously sized balcony. We stayed an extra day to end our trip with sunshine!
We loved our time in Galveston & believe that the condo with all of its amenities helped make the storm not just bearable but enjoyable.
