We are loving to Sofia. We came to Sofia many times. The accommodation location is excellent, very close to the city centre.
I dislike parking system in Sofia.

The property was very nice looking and located in the middle of Sofia so you can visit everywhere you needed. The heating was great in every room, place was very spacious and wifi tv all worked fine mattresses was very comfortable and sofa too. Kitchen had most that you need as well. The first day we had no baby cot for the little one so i had to call and for them to bring a cot took around 10-15 minutes which was great so very good service and staff as well!
We didn’t like the stairs at the property as it was on floor 4 with no lift and is quite hard reaching and going out with two kids. The curtains was dripped down for some reason and There was not a microwave which made it hard with kids as we had to warm they’re food in other ways and there was no full blankets so we had to use single blankets in super king bed but overall it wasn’t much of a trouble just the stairs really was the hardest.

Bonito apartamento y muy cómodo, muy bien decorado, buenos baños y bien situado.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a short walk to main attractions. Felt safe. Good air conditioning and washing machine. A good option for families with kids.
The entry to the building and hallways are dark and in need of upkeep. The location is good but not perfect; you have to walk 10 minutes along some sketchy dark sidewalks at night to get from main areas of Sofia to the apartment.

well furnished, clean and very good location
unfortunately no elevator, therefore with 4 heavy luggages was a struggle to go to the apartment
the fridge was making intermittent noise, especially more noticeable at night time
during the last 4 nights of the stay, the neighbor living upstairs was being very noisy and very loud up till very late hours
