The place isn’t clear

I was refused at check in as a safety deposit of USD 100 was needed. They refused my card and demanded cash, which I obviously did not have as this deposit was not communicated to me before. Terrible service and in the end I was forced to go somewhere else.

the clean and nice environment, the speed of the internet, the central location. staff were helpful and responsive. the shower was great.
the bed was poor, bed sheet was too thin, the TV was intermittent. they didn’t clean the room fir the 7 day’s we were there.

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The facilities management team was very responsive.
There wasn't always hot water in the shower. The apartment lacked warmth (no pictures or artwork on the walls).
