I used to live for many years in the region, and stayed in many dozens of apartments, hotels and hoatels. It’s a hard-to-find gem, clean, modern, roomy, airy, plenty of AC, etc. I already booked again for my next stay later this year. You just can not find any better.
Internet distribution in the rooms could be easily improved with ie. a TP-Link Deco system.
Speed can be also an issue, (but it’s an island guys, relax) fiber internet is getting accessible in this neighborhood, it makes a huge difference if you will be able to switch.

Great location and very comfortable. Big space is perfect for families. Sandy is very helpful. Close to huge supermarket. Comfortable beds and awesome towels.

Great location— close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the unit is extremely clean and I really appreciated that. Floors were spotless. Sandy even included laundry detergent and softener along with the washer/dryer— small touch but very helpful in a tropical environment. Purified water that tastes amazing.

it is very well equipped, we found everything we needed there. Super clean, well located and comfortable!

No breakfast ! But everything seemed new and nice.
While the property was great , the owner never replied to my email about the constant construction noise from 8-6 every day even though she was also staying on the property. We were trying to relax but had to go out in order to even talk to one another. At one point we asked to leave a day early and requested a refund but we were ignored.

Sandra is a gracious hostess, multi lingual & very well informed in many areas from astronomy, philosophy & good local restaurants.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment. There is a big supermarket just 2 mins walk away. We rented a scooter for most of the stay to explore the Island, which we were able to park securely on the property. Sandra was always on hand to help if needed and communication was great. Didn't want to leave! Thank you for a great stay!

Sandy's home is the best and the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed. It's totally worth it! The location is just great - outside busy town centre, but still a walking distance there. These is a big and cheap supermarket just 5 min walk. Sandy provides you with hot/cold drinking water dispenser and all utilities you would need. Beautiful and specious living room. Super comfortable beds and bathrooms. It's very modern and super clean. Great parking with the gate so you can have your rented car parked there. Sandy's English is excellent and it's super easy to communicate with her! Would definitely stay again when I'm back in Cozumel! Thanks Sandy!

It was amazingly clean, well stocked with dishes and cookware. The place is in pristine condition. Nice quiet neighborhood with a park and a grocery store nearby. Sandra was a wonderful host. She was very helpful. It was like being at home. Very relaxing after a day of diving. I hope to stay here again. I loved being in the community. Everyone was very pleasant.

Location is excellent and apartment very updated and clean. Had gated parking if needed, I used for my scooter rentals overnight. Will definitely book again when staying in cozumel highly recommended.
