Nice clean rooms with good amenities.
Inconvenience for transporting luggage on Camino de Santiago trail. If you have a car then it’s no problem. We had to use a location about 200 meters away on a hill to receive and send our luggage.

El apartamento es una maravilla. Está un poco alejado del centro pero merece la pena. Para un grupo es completísimo. Tiene 2 baños y cocina equipada con todo (incluido café y algo para desayunar al día siguiente, un detallazo). Secador de pelo, gel de ducha y toallas. Salón con televisión y una terraza bastante apañada. En general muy recomendable para ir unos cuantos juntos. Tiene ascensor también.
En general todo estuvo genial. Sin ningún problema.

El apartamento es de los mejores alojamientos si haces el camino, el dueño súper amable, en todo momento pendiente de nosotros y además te da buenas recomendaciones para comer bien. El apartamento grande, súper limpio y muy cómodo. Se lo recomiendo a todo el que se aloje en Arzua, no busquéis más porque no lo encontraréis mejor.

There were rolls left for us but we did not eat them.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We did not have any hot water until WE found that the hot water heater was not plugged in. Then one of us got a hot shower. The decoration were pleasant but the important things like beds and hot water were missing.

Rooms were very spacious and were very clean
After a day walking on the Camino you look forward to a shower. We travelled as a family of four and the water was cold after two showers. this was disappointing. to be fair to our host, they responded straight away telling us that we would have hot water again in a while.

Waiting to long to collect the keys, even though we had agreed a time. At lot of confusion, the lady at the pick up point had no English, communication was difficult.
In saying that the apartment was excellent, great location and value for money.

Good beds and comfortable apartment, when the electicity would stay on.
The electricity would not stay on when we were trying to cook dinner. I messaged the owner many times and after an hour someone came over and explained that one of the heaters was on and that was the problem ( we actually thought we had turned all the heaters off). We were down to just the oven being on, and it would not stay on. If this is a problem and they know it, they should leave instructions so the tenants know to check for heaters. OR - they could fix it so you can have more than one appliance in the whole apartment on at one time.
Luggage drop off is pretty far away - it would be nice if they had a closer place to have your luggage dropped off.

We booked the property for only one night. It was spacious and clean. We were with a family of five people.
You could smell that the property was used by someone who smoked. We didn’t like that.
