We had a very enjoyable time at this house. The owner was very helpful with checking in and communicating before during and after. The house was clean and super close to the finish line of ironman Cozumel. It is very close to a grocery store and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Great access to the whole island, airport, and taxis. I would highly recommend staying here. It's much cleaner then I thought and was very satisfied.

Excellent home away from home to explore the friendly 🏝️ island of Cozumel... Make yourselves right at home in this quiet neighborhood next to Corpus Christi church while heading the Steeple Bells ring... All modern conveniences and so comfortably furnished... Sandra is a most gracious hostess... Both levels of the Casita are beautifully furnished... We infused ourselves into the neighborhood the next day... We will be back Sandra... This do much for your warm hospitality... We will be back!! Sincerely... Debra and Paul- Boston

This place is a great deal for the price. Very clean, modern, high-end appliances and walking distance to malecon. We will not choose anything else when return next year.

I was here for Ironman Cozumel. I thought there was no way the place could be as good as advertised. It was better. It is 3 blocks from the venue, has a full kitchen, an incredible couch to stretch out and relax. The beds are comfortable and the whole place is spotless. There is a washer/dryer, which was important and a courtyard to build bikes. There was AC in the bedrooms. It was in a quiet residential area. My friend could go back and relax between my laps. I would love to stay here again when I return.
