Laguna Vista Tree Haus est une maison dans les arbres unique de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain! Amenez jusqu'à 14 personnes pour profiter d'une escapade d'un week-end bien méritée. Il y a une grande chaîne autour du pont à l'avant. En entrant dans la cabane dans les arbres, vous serez dans le salon. La cuisine complète à gauche du salon a des casseroles et des poêles pour cuisiner. Après une longue journée, il est temps de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Dans la première chambre il y a un lit king avec salle de bain, la deuxième chambre a deux lits queen. Il y a une salle de bain accessible depuis le salon ou la 2ème chambre. La 3ème chambre a 2 lits queen et salle de bain privée. La 4ème chambre pour les enfants ou les personnes supplémentaires, nous avons un lit superposé et un lit pliant (canapé-lit). Il y a des meubles d'extérieur sous la cabane dans les arbres.
Laguna Vista Tree Haus est l'une des quatre cabanes dans les arbres autour de la piscine partagée. En plus des cabanes dans les arbres, nous avons le Lodge et deux suites.
Vous aurez accès à la grande piscine d'eau salée, à la cabane, à la mini-aire de jeux pour enfants et au bain à remous communs. Il y a beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur et chacune de nos propriétés a ses propres barbecues. Lorsque vous entrez dans la piscine, elle commence peu profonde et devient plus profonde pour que tous les âges puissent en profiter. La piscine a 17 tabourets de bar, désolé, pas de barman! Apportez vos propres boissons et rafraîchissez-vous. La rivière Guadalupe au lac Dunlap est une courte promenade sur la colline où vous avez accès uniquement à la pêche ou au kayak. Le lac Dunlap a de l'eau qui coule au centre, mais il y a eu une défaillance du déversoir (mai 2019) qui a fait baisser le niveau du lac, ce qui peut prendre quelques années à réparer. La tuyauterie est en amont de cette propriété à environ 3 à 4 milles et les rivières ne sont pas affectées par la défaillance du déversoir.
Il est de 2 à 4 miles de la plupart des attractions pour inclure le parc aquatique Schlitterbahn, Gruene & Gruene Hall, Floating the Rivers, boutiques, restaurants, vignobles et bien plus encore!

Overaĺl was a good place to stay. Had issues with the sink and dishwasher. Water started backing up from the sink into the dishwasher onto the floor. Faucet wouldn't rotate. Dishwasher wasn't screwed in place would fall out if you open the door. Stove and oven was wobbly as well. We called Tom about the water backup and disposal and he had someone come out right away. But couldn't be fixed right then. It just got worse then night before we left. And there was food and trash in between where the couch connects. The river is low and under construction hard to get down to it. But the pool was great and met some great people.

Nurse manager planning a fun weekend for her staff. We enjoyed the pool. The house was clean. Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy but there is a tin roof therefore expected. Great location. Had a great time.

House configuration was exactly what we needed and served the purpose of our family vacation with adequate sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The ad was a bit misleading as far as condition of the property and did not reveal that the complex is surrounded by an eclectic collection of junk. The home was not thoroughly cleaned and the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not working and had a very unpleasant odor. My husband fixed them both and remedied the odor. The ceiling fan in the back bedroom was dangling by wires and my son fixed that, but it was too off balance to use. The worst part were the noisy neighbors who stayed up late each night with loud music and overran the pool area with many guests of thier own for a grown womans birthday party. We didn't spend as much time at the property as we planned to, due to the large rambunctious group but we did enjoy New Braunfels city park and aquatic center, so it was not a total loss. I realize the property is not responsible for the inconsiderate actions of its guests, but for the price I would have expected rules to be enforced more stringently.

What an amazing and fun property to spend time at. My family of 14 had plenty of room to spread out and relax!!

Did not use kitchen so I don't know if everything worked. TV was very old and small. It served our purpose but did not spend a lot of time in property during the day for full review.

Thanksgiving
Great weekend with lots of room for a family Thanksgiving. Great outdoor seating and lots of room downstairs for our annual family cornhole tournament. Highly recommend!

The house was great, clean and well stocked, but it is located next to a junk yard!! The pool was also great. There were yellow jacket hives everywhere. We had three people stung. The maintenance crew needs to do a weekly check for the hives. The BBQ grills were too nasty to use so we had to buy our own. We enjoyed our stay, but will not stay there again due to the bad location.

The place isn’t really on the river it was a pretty good walk down hill. Once you get down it’s filled with boats and there is no way to actually get in the water especially if you have kids! When we arrived to the property the grounds looked like a scrap yard! It wasn’t really near anything really that was worth going to we had about a 20 min drive to spots. The house was great except cleaning supplies were little to none. The pool was great except our view from porch was taken because the half pipe wall that takes away the pool view. Also we’re pretty sure the grounds keeper stole our yeti cooler when he was picking up trash!
Overall it was extremely over priced for what it appears in the pictures.

Great location!!
Loved our stay, went with 3 families, we each had a room, with fresh AC. Gas station, HEB and food close by. Host was very accommodating. Pool was a plus for the kids. Would totally recommend and stay again!
