Belle trois chambres, deux salles de bain, premier condominium étage avec climatisation centrale située à South Peak Resort à proximité du centre Lincoln et non loin des South Peak pistes de ski à Loon Mountain. South Peak 1D offre une surface séjour cuisine à aire ouverte, salle à manger et salon. Dans la zone de séjour profiter de la facilité d'un foyer au gaz et la clarté d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. La chambre à coucher principale dispose d'un lit king size, TV à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche séparée. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont chacune également une télévision à écran plat et partagent une salle de bain située dans la salle en face des chambres. Une de ces chambres a deux lits jumeaux et l'autre, deux ensembles de lits superposés.

Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l’année pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique raquette, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

South Peak 1D (P001D) n’offre pas l’adhésion à une piscine ou à un centre de fitness. Vous pouvez souscrire à une piscine ou à un centre de remise en forme moyennant des frais supplémentaires au Mountain Club on Loon ou au Nordic Inn Club.

Accès au bain à remous et au foyer extérieurs de South Peak Community. Veuillez noter que les grillades ne sont pas autorisées sur les terrasses et patios de South Peak Resort. We have stayed in this condo complex before but on the top floor. This unit is on the bottom floor which is very convenient in terms of getting your stuff in and out easily, but there is a flaw. The buildings apparently have no sound proofing between the floors, something we were oblivious to on the top floor. In this ground unit, you can hear footsteps above you whenever the people upstairs are home. We had a family with a young child staying above us and they were so loud and woke us up every morning very early with their stomping around for hours! We did talk to them, but there was nothing to be done. We would not stay in a ground unit again. The other issue that I was disappointed about is that you are on a private access road that goes directly to the mountain, but there is gate to go through and the management refuses to give out the code to get through the gate. I have no idea why, as they could not give a reason, but I feel this is very unfair as part of the reason to stay here is to bypass the mountain road traffic. There are shuttles but sometimes it can take a half hour to get to your destination with all the stops. The condo itself is nice, bathrooms are dated and get no heat, and the bedrooms are also very cold. Overall it’s nice and the location is great but we won’t stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was excellent. However it really did not meet our requirements for a 3 bedroom,2 bath property. The master suite was monstrous and had a separate bath and shower en suite. The other 2 bedrooms (one a 4 person bunkroom and a twin bed room)shared a single hall room...we were 3 couples ina bathroom that was for 6 people. Forget the TV in the twin/bunk bedrooms if you are older couples. You'dneed the living room to see properly. If you are a couple with kids, it's awesome!

Communication and property was perfect. Great location on South Peak very close to Loon and great walking/hiking trails. Property was immaculate. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future.

The only thing I'd point out is that the toilet in the master bathroom was broken. The seal/O-Ring at the bottom of the tank was loose and each time we had to flush the toilet, I had to go inside the tank and reposition that seal. Not a big deal, I just wanted to make you aware of that.
