lovely few days at the hotel, the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious, in fact they do the best pasta dishes out of all that we tried in Naples! Mario and Antonio from the bar on the 4th floor made our evening so pleasant entertaining us with jokes and serving lovely cocktails. facilities are good, the pool area is nice, there is a bar for drinks and food. overall lovely.

It would be good if some sounds proofing improvements made to the room or to the conference room. when there is a wedding the noise of bass and drums you can hear all the way up to the 3rd floor without hearing the actual music (only base and drums, which is like a continuous banging on your head) it didn’t ruin my stay, but that’s something would make the place outstanding for me

The room was small but sufficient. The stuff are nice and helpful. The location is great.

The problem was that You can hear everything outside your room. So our stay was noisy as rooms are not soundproof and windows poorly insulated. It was there more than 200 students. We couldn’t sleep of have any peace. The next door room have student who his friends knocked on his room more than 15 times after 12 o’clock in the morning. We just want to rest in this hotel but we couldn’t sleep at all. It was the worst experience ever. A/C didn’t work good.

Very friendly and efficient staff, always ready to help or provide local information. Grand old hotel, spacious and clean, very nice swimming pool and pool area. We love the Congressi.

We spent one night with my husband and dog. Breakfast was very good. Pool a bit small for this big hotel. You can book a table for dinner at the restaurant 25e for a dinner set. Main, second, desert and drinks. Good place with very nice view.

AC at our room was broken and lady is at reception told us to wait till next day. We didn't sleep all night in this heat.

almost every night we stayed there, there was a private pol party in the pool area with music so loud! could barely sleep. and we were not told about these pool parties in reception or anywhere so you’d go to bed and be woken up with these problems are parries you could not attempt. One night we wanted two waters and Coke Zero for our roo. and we were told by several staff members that we could not get any as there was a party on, which we found quite disrespectful as we were paying for rooms. and finally the breakfast was ok however for the coffee the milk was a powdered milk which just ruined the coffee

rooms smelled like smoke black mould on ceiling hair on shower valve and the heater rooms outdated and ugly beds hard as a rock it’s too bad the hotel had potential but totally misses the mark carpets in hallway dirty spider wed on ceiling

Swimming pool was good but could be better!

Never go to this hotel again!!!! It’s a 4 star hotel but couldn’t be more than 2 star, nothing special, manager was so rude, owner is an old lady and so rude, WIFI is not usable, breakfast was same every day and wasn’t good at all!!! Can’t be more than 2 star!!!

The room Deluxe Matrimoniale con Vista Mare was quite big. Nice view. Parking was free and easily accessible.

Meals were not great. You are better off with having lunch/dinner elsewhere.

The food was exceptional; the fact that there was a set menu for dinner was evidence that I was served a fresh meal each evening. The staff too went out of their way to make our stay comfortable - the waiting staff were more than happy to adapt meals based on requests and requirements and were very informative and helpful. Finally, the hotel itself is a beautiful property, with a rooftop bar giving panoramic views of the Vesuvius (you can even make out Pompei); the rooms are treated to incredible views of Monte Faito to the south; the pool is lovely and bathed in sun all day; the restaurant is handsome with its round tables draped in white tablecloths; and the hall on the ground floor is home to all manner of stunning antique furniture - it is worth visiting the hotel just to see this.

For such a brilliantly themed and gorgeous hotel there were a disappointing number of letdowns. (There several so get a cup of tea and get comfortable.) On my arrival, I was greeted with a panini that I had ordered from the poolside bar that came complete with a piece of hair, a dead ant and a long piece of string - it took around half an hour to arrive in the first place so I thought twice about accepting the staff’s offer of a new one. The air conditioning in our room did not work; it would turn on and off at regular intervals, making it difficult to sleep. You needed to have a PhD to operate the safe. There seemed to be some kind of party each night at the pool which made sleeping impossible, even with the shutters rolled down, double-glazed glass doors and thick curtains. The shower door did not close fully, and neither did the wardrobe doors. There seemed to be a different coloured stain on each new bath mat we received from the daily room service. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open owing to the fact that is scraped the floor each time it was opened. The fridge in the room did not work. And at last the lifts were absolutely lethal - the doors did not reopen if there was an obstruction, say, a hand, in the doors, instead promptly deciding to crush it in the door (each of us seemed to discover this with a different body part). Apart from that it was fine.

it’s very dirty not in rooms but in breakfast room and restaurant , food is not fresh, in the morning we had unfortunately situation to get fresh tomatoes but to be stingy and bad smell, fruits salad and as well not fresh I almost vomited I don’t blame staff is just management is down below we had booked tree rooms but we got only 2 rooms, at check out they asked me the key from 3 rooms and they told me I had 3 rooms in few days I never see anyone to check the water from pool as I see at all hotels will never book this hotel again

it was great value for money. nice hotel and not far from town. Be prepared for a steep hill. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Beautiful pool and nice views.

Hotel dei Congressi exceeded our expectations, starting with the entry. Helpful and kind staff. When we opened the blinds, we strongly believed that what we see is a poster: an incredible, fantastic, fabulous view over the sea, city lights, and mighty Vesuvius. A large balcony to enjoy this view each morning, evening, and night. A nice, large room, daily cleaned, with vintage Italian, simple details. Comfy bed. Fluffy towels, and exquisite toiletry. Good breakfast, with a delicious coffee. An excellent enjoyable pool for the hot afternoons, safe for children, with a good pool bar. Fantastic terrasse for evenings with piano play. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Pool and breakfast had a good service

Internet connection was very bad in the hotel and 4G service was bad in the hotel area.

We really liked the hotel. The room was big enough for three of us. We really enjoyed the pool and the nice view from the rooftop restaurant. People were friendly and staff very helpful. The location was also good, only 15 minutes walk to train station and 20 minutes to port where you could take the boat to Positano and Capri. I would recommend the hotel to everybody.

Pool was closed a bit early, could be opened a bit longer.

The surrending mountains and natural environment provided an excellent view from the hotel. The pool area was also large enough to accomodate all the people visiting the hotel. The balcony from our room was also quite large and we had planty of space in our room.

We felt that the hotel staff was not really fair to us and that the house rules are quite misleading and disappointing especially for those who only stay one night, because the pool area only available from the check-in (3pm) until 5.30pm, when the pool is closed. Next day you can only use it until your check-out (for which the deadline is 11am), which in total would add up only to 4.5 hours. Besides the houserule is misleading because some guests were authorised the use the pool area also outside the operating hours as well as the hotel manager which we felt unfair.
