Le salon s'ouvre sur un patio ombragé avec une table à quatre places et un canapé à trois places. Prenez votre petit déjeuner à l'air frais et admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le canapé.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour, y compris des ensembles de salle à manger en plein air pour manger au bord de la piscine et du belvédère, du matériel de barbecue, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nombreux placards et comptoirs. Il a un comptoir de bar ouvert à côté de la salle à manger avec une grande table à six places.
La chambre principale est spacieuse et aérée, avec des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur le patio aménagé. We stayed two weeks and have so much to say. We’ve stayed in many condo rentals and by far I can’t even come close to list all the extra amenities that usually are not found in a typical condo. I’ll try to mention some like, towels and bedding to last the whole two weeks without even doing laundry once if you liked, so many beach towels, all snorkel and beach accessories, beach chairs etc, condo has 3 smart tv’s, games, puzzles , lots of info on the island and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with even coffee grinds, spices, teas, oils, vinegar, sugar, creamer, foil, stretch wrap and the list goes on and on. The kitchen had the nicest cookware and silverware etc in the unit. As you can walk to so many restaurants you really don’t need a car but a couple days of rental is nice to explore farther beaches etc. Andy’s rent a car one block from unit is convenient and less expensive than airport rental. Kirk’s and Fosters are great grocery stores with everything you can ever need, fresh meats and veggies etc and Kirk’s is in walking distance. If you love snorkeling the reefs off the beachfront are fabulous. Saw lobsters, turtles, stingray, barracuda and tons of tropical colorful fish, too many to list. Pool and spa were a great bonus. This property is perfect! Perfect location, perfect luxury, perfect amenities. Our family has never been happier in a rental. The ground floor leads out to the beautiful pool and beach. The beds are amazing. And the owners provided everything we could possibly need. Such easy check-in and access. Easy parking too. We have stayed all over the island, and we will ONLY be returning to this property now ;-)

Our family loves Grand Cayman and, more specifically, The Grandview. The unit was clean, as advertised, and cozy--our children settled in as if it were home. The owner responded promptly to all communications and was very helpful concerning suggestions about island activities and restaurants. Just a great time! We would certainly return to this property. We could not have been happier with this location. The condo was incredibly clean. All of the amenities (washer/dryer, kitchen, linens, towels) were extremely convenient - especially after diving. The pool and beach were beautiful, convenient, and clean. Great walking distance to downtown or the market for groceries. Close to several great restaurants.

This was our second time to the Caymans, but first time to bring our children with us! We loved this condo for so many reasons. The location was perfect. It’s centrally located and tucked away off of the busy street. The condo literally had everything we needed! It is very clean and well kept. Tristian is very easy to get in touch with if you need anything at all! They sent us a list before we arrived with fun things to do on the island and even made sure we knew that grocery stores are closed on Sunday so that we could plan ahead.
If you have children this is the perfect condo. It’s on the first floor and right by the pool! The beach isn’t far past the pool and you can see it from the sunroom! Our children (5 & 7 years old) had the best time and can’t wait to go back. The pool & beach were never crowded!
I reached out to the hosts ahead of time asking if they had lifejackets for children at the condo. They asked for the kids weight and when we arrived they had two brand new ones there for our children to use! We weren’t sure how rough the ocean would be when we snorkeled, so wanted to be prepared just incase. We appreciate their hospitality and willingness to make our stay a pleasurable experience.
The one and only thing I wish we would have brought with us were water shoes. The beach is rocky when you’re walking in to snorkel and that would have been a nice thing to pack. It didn’t effect our experience just would have been a bonus!

Excellent property for a family vacation. Ocean at your fingertips with great snorkeling off the beach or snorkeling over the sunken Gamma ship just a 8 minute walk along the shore. Then relax in the beautiful pool. The sunsets on the beach talking with others from the condo were a lovely end to the day.

This is the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. The first floor walkout to the pool and the beach made it easy for our group to enjoy both. The two bedroom two bath condo has the perfect floorplan for two couples. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The unit is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Tristan and Chantelle were a pleasure to work with. They provided us with a great deal of useful information and ideas prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The morning we departed their cleaning personnel found my wife's reading glasses. Chantelle left work and raced with them to the airport before our flight back home. How great is that?

This place is perfectly situated on the beach; and its proximity to amenities and shopping was an unexpected bonus. The condo has everything you’ll need, and it is welcoming and comfortable. We brought an inflatable paddle board with us, which allowed us to explore 7 Mile Beach in either direction. We discovered that the 200 yard markers are actually amazing snorkeling spots with stingrays, lobster, and every fish imaginable. We swam out without issues; and we felt safe as boats remained at a distance from known swimming spots. When we paddled south towards Eden Rock, we stumbled onto multiple snorkeling spots - watch where excursion boats take the people from the cruise ships. Crystal clear water and unrestricted visibility. Pool and hot tub practically unused by the residents, which are quite relaxing and provided amazing views in all directions. For food, we cooked a few nights (Kirk Market excellent), but we became hooked by Fidel Murphys Irish Pub & Restaurant. We rented a car for the duration, but we rarely used it when everything is such a short walk. Tortuga has everything you need to make nightly pina coladas in the Ninja blender. Overall, we (two couples) experienced paradise in a commonwealth country at at a reasonable rate. Truly, our new favorite VRBO.

I vacationed with my parents and 2 kids (17 and 11 y/o) and loved our stay here. Tristan and Chantelle thought of every detail to make our stay here complete. Their condo was very clean, quiet and perfect for a family get away. They were also informative and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Perfect Week with our Toddler!
We just returned from the most amazing week with our toddler on Grand Cayman at Tristan’s condo! It was truly perfect for us: ample space, a quiet beach, yet close to all of the action for restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was perfect and Tristan even provided a pack and play, high chair, and toys for our toddler. His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond by picking up groceries ahead of time and stocking them in the condo for us since we arrived on a Sunday when all grocery stores are closed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for swimming and we used the grill on the property for cooking dinner. The beach itself was amazing. We saw one other family the whole week we were there and otherwise had the place to ourselves! Our toddler loved the swing set on the beach, the swing, and playing under the trees for some shade on the beach. The snorkeling in front of our beach was amazing with so many fish and coral and we also used the beach area that was next door and was protected with a sandy shore for our toddlers to swim. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!

Your experience with this place starts with the owner - superb! From preparing for the stay to being greeted personally by the owners, including checking in on us while we were there goes beyond customer service, no other VRBO owner has ever provided this type of hospitality to us. The condo is exceptional, high quality and the facility is very nice. The condo owners provided at no additional fee, snorkeling gear and tennis rackets.
If you want peace and quiet, clean and modern condo amenities, lots of sun, no crowds or fighting for chairs or beach space or space at the pool - this is your place! You can walk to restaurants and various stores easily from this condo.
While you can get in the water and snorkel in the shallow waters for hundreds of feet in any direction and see lots of fish and corral, this place is located at a corral outcropping part of the beach (bring water shoes) versus an all sand beach. But, the beach is wide here to do a lot of activities for those who only want to sit/lay on the beach to get sun or shade while relaxing and listening to the water breaking and going for a casual dip in the water occasionally to cool off.
Tristan and Chantelle are great - they answered all my questions to prepare my family for our first visit to Grand Cayman and to help make it enjoyable with their suggestions.
My family only wanted to relax, gets lots of sun, avoid the crowds and enjoy a good dinner each night, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets each night, while feeling like we were staying at a high end condo versus a average condo - Tristan and Chantelle’s place and hospitality checked all the boxes for us!

Perfect!
We loved our stay at Tristan and Chantelle’s condo. They were so helpful in our planning and arrival as well. Tristan even helped us get our groceries which was wonderful after a day of traveling! We loved being on the ground floor, especially with children. They were able to go explore with ease (and mom was able to keep an eye on them from inside). We Have stayed on Grand Cayman several times and loved the location here the best. We were able to walk to almost everything which made the vacation much more enjoyable! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Stay
The property is is a great location on 7MB and everything was very accessible both by car and walking. The property had all the amenities we could have asked for to make for a great family vacation. The owners were great at communicating their suggestions and helping us plan our vacation as well. The beach at the property is very calm and not too crowded, making it a great place to relax. Overall, had an excellent stay.

Wonderful quiet stay
We loved our stay here! The apartment was clean and very spacious. The location is the southern part of Seven Mile Beach, which is quiet and away from the big hotels, but still close enough to walk or take the public bus. The beach is mostly rocks which makes for great snorkeling, but not as much for swimming with little ones. (Water shoes were a must for snorkeling or exploring the tidepools!) There is a little manmade cove that is sandy though which is perfect for kids. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and right out the back door.
The beach has a little playground, two swings, and lots of shade trees which we loved! We also found all kinds of sea creatures in the tidepools along the beach.
Tristan and Chantelle were excellent hosts and so helpful with anything we needed! The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to eat there for several meals which was nice. There's a great market not far and Tristan and Chantelle even grabbed us a few groceries as we arrived on Sunday and the market is closed.

Serenity and Peace on Seven Mile Beach
As an important introduction, I have stayed on many parts of Seven Mile Beach and this particular location is by FAR the best. The quietest strip of SMB and almost never anyone but residents whereas many other parts are filled with tourists and cruise ship passengers. Snorkeling is brilliant here and the giant pool PLUS hot tub are a perfect bonus and option to the beautiful Sea. Tristan and Chantelle's ground floor condo is just a few short steps to the beach. The feeling of tranquility is immediate upon arrival and the ease of entering with a passcode was wonderful. There is nothing you could possibly as for and it not be available in this apartment. I love to cook and I could have easily taken any recipe in the available recipe books and made it! Kirks supermarket is a 2 minute drive or 5-10 minute walk and is an excellent grocery store with fresh, organic and local produce. Whether you want to stay in and cook/bbq or walk to the many excellent restaurants all around, this apartment has it all. PS I slept like a dream every single night!

You can walk to at least 4 good restaurants. 5 stars for the full face mask snorkeling gear!! Comfortable beds , great kitchen this place is beautiful. Saw a lot of other places on beach but this one is the best!
