This home is exceptional! It truly has it all. We stayed for 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave. This warm and inviting house is impeccably maintained both inside and out. The very private grounds, including the heated pool, are stunning! With close proximity to downtown, Woods Hole, the ferry, bike trails and beaches, there is plenty to do! The owners were wonderful and couldn't have been more gracious. Do not hesitate to rent this extraordinary home, you won't be disappointed!!

This home was absolutely immaculate and perfect. Close to everything in Falmouth and Woods Hole. We enjoyed going to The Knob almost every day. My husband caught blue fish and stripped bass there. The back yard and pool was a lot of fun. Enjoyed every minute there.

This property is highly recommended. My family are also repeat renters for this property. In addition to all the great things mentioned in the reviews, the layout of the house is what we love - how the kitchen and living areas flow to the patio and pool area - it makes for a very relaxing stay. Also, the property owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise during the stay.

This was our 3rd summer staying at this house and we love it more every year! Its convenient location to downtown, beaches, the bike trail and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard all come second to the property itself. Year after year it has been clean and well maintained, and the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool is a dream come true for both the parents and the kids! Counting down until our stay again next year!

Huge, versatile house
The house had everything we could have needed as far as indoor and outdoor space, pool, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The yard, decks, and pool area were the best part of the whole thing. It was private and had a good combination over the course of a day of shade and sun. It was a quick drive to downtown Falmouth or Woods Hole.
Though there is a technically beach within walking distance (15 min, so not walking distance for kids), it was a private beach. Also the roads have no sidewalks, so you really need to be prepared to drive to get to a public beach. On the Cape that means limited spots and paying a $20-30 fee. The house is still awesome, just plan accordingly.

Truly exceptional
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was gorgeous and immaculate, the pool was beautiful, spotless, a huge hit with the kids, and they had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of fresh, fluffy towels, plenty of dishes for all of us (there were 7 of us total), and a complete kitchen with all the gadgets, pots, pans, trash bags, soap, etc so we could cook meals at the house. Even things like the laundry room were fully stocked! There was plenty to do - beaches down the street, 5 min to the ferry, mini golf, a cute little downtown - and for the days we didn’t want to go anywhere, the pool was the perfect activity. George and Lynn were amazing hosts and had great communication and directions. You could just feel how much thought and care was put into every little detail here. We absolutely loved our stay and it truly made our vacation magical, comfortable, and easy. If we weren’t moving away, we’d absolutely be trying to book again next year (and maybe still might!). Thank you George and Lynn for everything!

Home Away From Home
This property has become a place of memories for us. This is our 4th year renting this property. The home has ample space to spread out. It is clean and well maintained. We noticed and appreciate the updates including the addition of hardwood floors in the bedrooms.
The pool area is beautifully landscaped. The pool itself has been a lifesaver for the kids who love to swim morning, noon and night. The location is great for us as it is just a bike ride to the Woods Hole and Quissett Harbor.
The owners are lovely and very accommodating. We are thankful to have such a nice place to stay when we come to Falmouth.

Cape Cod Getaway
Enjoyed a wonderful week a this beautiful home. It was impeccably clean, functional , fully equipped, and very comfortable for the family. From the various rooms to the beautiful yard and pool, there was plenty of room for 6 adults to pursue work or play and relax. If you plan on visiting the Falmouth area, do yourself a favor and rent this property.

If you’re planning a trip to Cape Cod in the future, don’t overlook this property! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well equipped to make your stay memorable! The grounds and pool are magnificent! The house is just minutes from downtown Falmouth! Working with the owners was perfect from beginning to end! Very nice people and extremely accommodating! The master suite is particularly special, with a huge bathroom and closet and fantastic screened-in porch that looks out to the back yard.
The best part of the home, however, is the stunning backyard. Gorgeous, pristine landscaping and a large, lovely deck and patio allowed for plenty of space to dine al fresco, and the in-ground heated pool was a massive hit with our kids.
Close by is Woods Hole, Wood Neck beach, and Quisset Harbor, as well as downtown Falmouth.
We highly recommend this property to families looking for a serene and pristine place to relax and unwind. FIVE STARS!

Another great stay
This was our second stay at this property and it was even better than we remembered! The house is incredibly clean and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and the backyard is like being at a private resort. The heated pool is key, even on the rainy days the kids still went swimming. Can't wait for our stay again next year!

Lovely Home on Beautifully Landscaped Private Lot

We had a wonderful few days at George and Lynn’s beautiful house in Falmouth. The house was absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. Another wonderful stay at George and Lynn's luxury retreat in Falmouth/Woodshole. This house is perfect for a family get together. The pool heater stopped working and in Sept the heater is needed. The owner came down and fixed it himself after the pool company said they couldn't fix it. Look forward to getting back next year.

The minute we were driving out of the driveway, we talked about our return visit for next summer. Absolutely wonderful home and terrific owners. Falmouth was a great spot on the cape. We only scratched the surface of exploring, because we spent so much time at the house! Can’t wait for a return visit!

Perfect Family Getaway!
What a special home! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our group consisted of 6 adults and a 21 month old. The house was spotless, and the hosts were wonderful. The layout offered 4 very private and separate bedrooms, several smaller private sitting areas, and a large kitchen and patio area for family gathering around the gorgeous pool! The kitchen was equipped with every appliance, dish, glass, storage container and gadget possible--it even had 3 different type of coffee pots so you could choose how you made your favorite cup of coffee. The pool and pool area was spacious and relaxing as it is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and flora. There are even 2 outdoor eating areas--one small one that worked well for morning coffee for the early risers and one large one that was perfect for a group of our size for lunches and dinners. Many thanks to George and Lynn. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Amazing home, great location and stellar experience
We absolutely loved this home for our Cape vacation this year. The area is amazing, quaint town, great shopping/restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and ponds. Awesome bike trail walking distance to the home. The house is situated on a very private property. The landscaping and mature trees around the gorgeous stone pool was picturesque. The home was fully equiped with everything. We are pretty picky and I have to say the house inside was impecable! The screened in porch off the master that opens to the backyard is very special. We live in ours at home and enjoyed this one just as much!!! The owners were fantastic to coordinate with and made the process and our stay a memorable experience. Absolutely loved it!!!
