nice people nice place room smelled funky.
the room smelled like 30 year old carpet.

The breakfast was pretty good. The pool and hot tub were nice to use although the button to turn on the hot tub jets didn't always work. The view from our room was pretty.
The room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. We had to go to the desk in order to get more towels, soap etc. The floors throughout the hotel were never vacuumed. Could be due to a lack of cleaning staff, but we were never told that. I also didn't ask.

The staff was unbelievably gracious, helpfull and accommodating. We had an emergency while there and all of the front desk people were so helpful, just so grateful that they were so amazing.

Well maintained, modest, clean, good wifi. Refrigerator with no freezer. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (egg, sausages, cereals, bread, waffle).

Location
Staff kept messing up my reservations. And I did this every year since 2017. I block 10 rooms plus I pay for 4 rooms. I always booked from Thursday to Monday. We have our family reunion here. But I’m dissatisfied with the service. Changing location

Stairs being the only access to upper floors! we had to carry luggage and belongings up and down stairs daily.
