Stelios!! Amazing host, nothing is too much for him to look into or arrange for you, brings breakfast every morning which is a massive bonus!! Spacious, clean and quiet with great modern facilities. Would highly recommend!!

The manager Stellios is top notch. friendly professional and helpful. Tips, advice and assistance. property is clean and well maintained. it was out of town but 5 mins by car and meant some peace and quiet away from manic Fira.

I wish the Wi-Fi network had a larger range to reach the entire villa.

We stayed in the 2 bed ground floor apartment with jacuzzi, the apartment was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The host (Stelios) was really helpful, giving some great suggestions on places to visit and avoid etc, he was also great for arranging taxi’s etc for us. We noted in many reviews concerns about the location, but we actually thought the location was great, it was around 20mins walk to the centre of Fira, we found the walk was fine, a little uphill etc, but the price does reflect the location being out of town, and we actually appreciated the quietness of the location. It’s also an easy walk down to the beach, again 20mins on foot where you will find a lovely beach bar (Yalos - recommended by Stelios). A lovely stay all round!

Just a few missing things in terms of attention to detail for a self catering apartment, we would have been really grateful of a bottle opener for example… Whilst I’m sure covid played a part, the breakfast is a small box of pastries which is delivered to the apartment/villa, no coffee/juices etc. Stelios was super helpful in arranging taxi’s for us, but just be aware that the company used is one of the more expensive companies on the island, so expect to pay a little more (although they are more luxurious cars).

For COVID, breakfast is the same every day

It’s decent size property considering Santorini where most properties are very small. It has its own private pool and excellent views of ocean. The Host Stallious was extremely helpful and always available - I have never met a wonderful and helpful host like him before.

The location of property is very remote and there are no shops nearby. Nearest Resturant’s are in Fira square which is approx 3km away. Gym equipment was faulty and it does need upgrading. One of the shower hose was leaking and it wasn’t fixed. We all had to use en-suite bath tab for shower etc through out our stay.

The area is very peaceful with nice views across the countryside and out to sea. Definitely need a car to stay here but then just a short drive into Fira and many other places around the island. Exo Gialos beach is very nearby (3 minute drive). The holiday home we stayed in was light and spacious and fairly well equipped. The breakfast was basic but ok. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Nice touches such as toiletries and decent pool towels provided. Good showers, plenty of space in the bathrooms. Stelios was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool - we reported this and it was resolved by the next day. The armchair had a faulty leg and needs to be fixed or replaced.

Originally we stayed in the 2 bed villa with private pool which was amazing already but then got upgraded to the premium villa with extra large pool!! Really made the trip. The pool lit up beautifully during the night. The complex itself was very quiet and really spacious, more than enough room for 4 adults. The service was amazing and this really does make all the difference when you’re on holiday. Anything you needed just had to WhatsApp Mr. Panos. We liked how the villa was just outside of main town Fira in the sticks (but 30min walk in uphill if you needed to get in) but most days we just arranged a taxi if needed to get into Fira (10euro) and used quad bikes to get round the island 1000000% would recommend.

Liked everything!!! Just a couple of small comments, the breakfast was pretty much similar most days with pastry and the premium villa could do with a drying rack or somewhere to hang up your wet swimwear!
