Sea view. Quite, comfortable. Clcck tower right there. Smelt nice, basic , movable furniture loads of what you need in kitchen. Spacious.Overall; nice flat.
Broken blinds on widows/ doors. Grubby outside spaces front and back; with a 'very dangerous, dip/ pit at the door, at the front, be careful, you have to make a bit of a leap. Health and safety issue. Not sure how that has been allowed??. Old and unclean pans utensils etc.. Mould around Bath. Basic furniture, no shelving in bathroom.. No TV ariel??? Shame, could be really great!

Great two bed apartment facing the beach. Sunny balconies from and back really make the stay even more enjoyable.
Decent powerful hot shower. Comfortable spacious living area, and modern look makes stay enjoyable.

The apartment was well presented, bright, and cheerful. It sits opposite the beach and within easy reach of the Turner, a choice of restaurants, and Old Town. It boasts 2 terraces, although use is limited. The hosts responded quickly and helpfully to any contact.
Being opposite the beach, the apartment does sit in the middle of the arcade area, which is not the best bit of Margate.
The rear terrace overlooks the Dreamland car park and other distinctly unpicturesque views. The front terrace sits above the amusement arcades, but is fun for people watching.
It is a pity that the welcome hamper is not provided for those not booking direct and who have, probably, paid more for the stay (maybe best not to mention it as it irritates).
The double bed is exceeding uncomfortable with a hard ridge down the middle, creating a slope that is in danger of making one fall out of bed.
The preparation of the apartment had missed the tv remote control that could not be located. It was finally found under the sofa the following morning, which makes a statement about the cleaning.

There was food left in cupboards the fridge had been cleaned with to much bleach and the double bed is very small

Central location a few metres from the sea, clean apartment with excellent facilities, modern decor.
The view at the back of the property wasn't nice.

Stylish but still comfortable and with excellent facilities.
Loved the view and location. Very nice place to both rest and work in. Lots of thoughtful touches and very cosy. The apartment felt spacious and well maintained. Communication was great.
I would love to stay at another SoHot property again and would recommend to others. .
The terraces needed a bit of a clean and there was a lot of building work taking place in the next door apartments but the view was lovely and this didn't really affect the stay.

Some cleaning details missed. Cutlery and mugs were dirty. Toilet seat broken.

The location and the terraces were great. Very spacious flat and easy check in! We did not get the breakfast due to covid-19 rules.
The mattress did not suit a tall person and kept sagging. No coffee pods for the coffee machine. The neighbours upstairs were very loud throughout the night every night which meant I couldn’t get any sleep! Paper thin walls so I could hear them. Very sad as the flat itself was lovely.

Little gem tucked away in Margate.
The owner was really nice and very helpful.
It's right on the beachfront and 5 mins walk from station.
Beautiful apartment, it was very clean, decorated beautifully, had everything we needed.
Would highly recommend a stay and I will be definitely going back.
