We enjoyed our stay with the comforts offered. Abhishek (The staff) was extremely helpful. the owner also was very approachable and accommodative.

Reception at check-in was little delayed, however the property, cleanliness and co-operative staff made it up for it!

very professionally managed, breakfast was awesome, room was spacious and comfortable. The apartment suite is well maintained and tastefully done. 2 km form Carter Road and the walk to the beach is awesome

1. Room was not available even at 2pm check in time. It upset a lot of my plans as it was business travel. Guests were still checking out when I was rudely told that I could not get the room till 2 pm but, the check out time is 11 am so late check out is possible but early check in is not?? I paid for a room that was supposed to be available to me at 2 pm and it was not!!! Really really horrid check in experience. 2. Room was not cleaned till late evening on second day 3. Had requested for quiet room - was given a room facing the train tracks 4. Stark difference in cleanliness and upkeep of Bandra property and Khar property. 5. Even replenishment of coffee tea was not there 6. Reception contact no was not picked up at all. Had to ask front desk to collect a parcel and despite multiple calls on mobile and text no response. 7.Wifi password should have been kept in room Bandra and Khar properties stark difference in management and upkeep.

Posh pali hill area which is safe and well connected. Room and bathroom were good and had good Air conditioning. Staff (Amit) and others were very helpful and looked after us very well. Made excellent tea and breakfast. Daily room cleaning was also excellent. Staff made us feel at home.

Finishing of the room could be touched up (loose lamp, wall paper peeling etc). The dining table area was super wet with rain in the monsoon. Could be closed off? You are sharing the apartment with other guests, which you can’t control. Could get noisy!

Great as usual. Having stayed with the same host on other properties/rooms. This was impeccable as usual. Very easy to reach host, helpful and overall effortless stay.
