Very friendly and client-oriented staff. They resolved our issue quickly. The apartment is super spacious and convenient for a family.
We booked a property located in a residence outside the main complex. This residence is not an apartment hotel but an ordinary residence. The first day was fine, but our last day started with neighbors drilling the wall.
Issue 2: pricing for the minibar items and even water, tea, and coffee is super high.
Issue 3: dogs feces all over the lawn in the swimming pool area. My son stepped in it. Please clean the lawn.

the only issue was Wi-Fi it was forever dropping out and as I had to take part in a number of zoom calls for work it became a significant annoyance

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was huge and beautiful. We were completely surprised by the size and high end finishes and the photos do not do this justice. Lots of space for our family and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The whole resort was spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and everyone always had a smile and hello. It’s a 10 minute walk along the seafront to every bar, restaurant, clubs, shops and port (the yachts were amazing!). We were here for a wedding so we didn’t spend as much time in the apartment as we normally would if we were on holiday but absolutely would book again for a normal family holiday.

Great location, on the beach. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to return.

Villa was beautiful - really spacious, lots of light, extremely well equipped and the sea and pool views from the terrace were simply stunning. The pool in the complex was far bigger than we expected with pool towels provided. Location was great for us - marina of Puerto Banus a comfortable 20min stroll along the beach from with beach bars and restaurants along the way. Great that Aldi just over the road for all necessary supplies.

There were a couple of things about this property that we really liked. First of all, the team were great. Communication was easy and fast, and we had a special request that was graciously fulfilled.
The location is excellent too… right on the beach, we enjoyed hearing the sound of the sea from our balcony. Puerto Banus is a 15 walk away and there’s a supermarket right across the street as well.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and fitted out nicely… we only stayed 1 night so we didn’t make use of everything but we would have happily stayed there for a week.
In terms of facilities, the pool was lovely… it’s a large pool with lots of space for sunbeds.
We’d definitely consider staying here again if we were to come back to Marbella.
There were some minor housekeeping issues when we first entered the apartment which I have shared with the team there.
