We really liked this hotel. Comfortable, friendly, great location, good parking. It made our stay in Zaragoza so easy and fun.

Solo podemos decir cosas buenas. La localización, la comodidad, la amplitud, los espacios, el desayuno... Nos sorprendió mucho y superó nuestras expectativas absolutamente.

Está justo al lado del centro histórico y puedes visitar todo andando. El personal de recepción, muy amable. La cama, comodísima y grande. El apartamento era muy grande. Las bombas de calor funcionaban bien (aunque tampoco hizo frío). Tiene parking.

No reservan plaza de aparcamiento así que esto es un "tonto el último". Además hay plazas pequeñísimas (otras no están mal). Los muebles de la cocina necesitan algunos ajustes (puertas que están torcidas, algunas baldas están manchadas) así como el baño (las juntas de la mampara se ve que necesitan una limpieza a fondo para quitarles el color). Nada importante.

muy bien ubicado, el spa una delicia, las vistas del buffet preciosas, el buffet variado y de calidad.

Good location to major sites. Parking is ample. Staff was responsive. Checkout at 12 noon.

Kitchen did not have full appliances. Had to ask for kettle and phone to reception was not working. No coffee making machine like other 3 room apartments we stayed in Spain. Bathroom floor was very wet after showering.

No sé cómo puede tener 4 estrellas. Habitación enana a precio de oro, el spa se paga aparte, el cabecero de cama viejísimo y gastado (adjunto foto)

Everything was great.

it was great having a washing machine, some soap powder would have been good. The sparkling wine was greatly appreciated. thankyou.

We arrive at 17 o’clock and the receptionist very kind and took all the time to help us, we even got an upgrade of our room!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was very clean. The location was near el Tubo. Enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was lacking paper towels, dishwasher liquid, and other things.

Size of the rooms, really comfortable bed, nice view from the roof.

the aparthotel has a lot of facilities including gym and spa. it is also located in the centre of Zaragoza. The staff are also helpful and was able to communicate with us in english. The aparthotel we got has a lot of space and made our stay comfortable.

I found some stuff not cleaned enough. But the staff will provide you a new one.

Older people smell in the apartment, marks of bleach on the bed skirt, poor light, no access to roof top after breakfast and to pay extra for Spa and too many rules written

Location was perfect. Received a lovely friendly welcome from a lovely lady with good English. She was most helpful and even took the time to explain what zaragoza had to offer. What a beautiful place. Will definitely return to this hotel and spend more in zaragoza. People are very welcoming even though we didn't speak good Spanish! Its a hidden gem ❤️

The noise from the traffic outside woke us up very early😴

A fine aparthotel, well equipped kitchen, spacious sitting- and bedrooms, long comfy sofa, helpful staff, excellent breakfast with a great view. Perfectly located one block from the old quarter. Parking under hotel is excellent once you find it - not too bad, but we had to do a loop, as our first Google attempt ran into the one way system. Zaragoza is a great city.

One very minor thing - there is only one big overhead light in the living room - for a longer stay, some side lighting would give a less bare feel.

- Poor soundproofing between rooms. Early cleaning in the room above was waking us up as we could clearly hear the noise of moving furniture - Breakfast is average, you can arrange a better one in your room’s kitchen

location staff especially upon check in our lovely lady spoke English and was very obliging .. she is an asset to the company bed comfortable

super noisy room right above 2 restaurants and every time someone came in / the door would slam .. finished at 4am this morning rooms are not sound proof , can here everyone television had no option to translate to English, no movies nothing , had to pay extra advertise lovely pictures of rooftop bar/restaurant but not open for dining .. beautiful views though had breakfast included but they don’t open till 8 am.. too late pool not available either

I booked 20 minutes before arrival after a 1150 km drive & when I arrived (unknowingly!) at their garage, they could see me on the cameras & let me in without fuss. Super friendly & explained how the key & lift worked, with the lift to underground car park, which was very reassuring as my car was full of non computer equipment.

it's a busy road & finding it was not easy, especially as there is a bus stop outside. Maybe on your booking site, you ask if the visitor is coming by car & list the street name, which is in a quiet road next to the busy one. I was helped by a lovely local lady, who guided me in her car!
