Good breakfast
4.0
It was VERY convenient for the purpose of our stay ie a concert being held at StadiumMK. Breakfast was a very typical buffet. The quality of the food was OK but nothing special and it wasn't obvious if you could have anything other than what was on the buffet. The "RED Dot" bar provided bar food in the evening (from the "Lunch" menu! and this was again typical bar food such as Pizza and Loaded Chips and it was, we thought, expensive for what you got.
As the hotel is built into a football stadium the majority of the rooms are arranged on the 4th floor - essentially around the perimeter of the pitch. This means that some rooms are at the very other end of the pitch - a VERY long walk from the lifts which are located by reception (at the front of the hotel which is located one end of the stadium). The lighting in our room was very strange. It seemed to have a mind of it's own. Sometimes you could try every switch in the room and nothing at all happened. Then all of a sudden they started working. Not reported as only staying the one night.

Lovely hotel, accommodated a request of being close to a lift, hotel was clean. Parking is discounted when you stay (but used to be free), close to food venues and shops
Parking right outside can be a pain and you now have to pay for parking. It's an expensive hotel but is nice

A very modern and corporately styled hotel to tone with the stadium that was pleasing to the eye with the black and red dot theme.
The room was nicely appointed and very clean. In fact we were impressed by the constant presence of a cleaning team around the building and the thoroughness of the cleaning they were doing.
The staff on the front desks were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Our room was an accessible room and the bathroom was nicely designed without the institutional feel that other hotels achieve.
Excellent facilities nearby with shops, several chain restaurants and a cinema.
The only minor omission was the lack of decaffeinated tea in the room and that the only decaffeinated coffee available in the Red Dot Bar was instant coffee.

Great location, nice restaurants and bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Walking all the way around the stadium to get to my room. There is only one lift which takes you to reception and if you have your room on the other side you have to walk for miles. It’s very confusing to get your way around.

It was close to our destination
We were given a room at the back of the hotel it was a very long walk to get to the room and dining room

Very clean and tidy room; breakfast was well-prepared and plentiful.
Bit of a wait at reception with one staff member on duty.

2 x Single beds, (what I asked for) but very hard etc. Could have been much better. Whilst the room was looking into the football statdium, I was just looking for a cheap room.
In other news, Breakfast was ok.
Room was very very hot and Aircon didn't work. Radators were all on full.
Hotel checked me in but felt like they had lost the booking.

Absolutely wonderful staff
I am a person on wheelchair so booked as it offers facilities for my needs. The corridor doors were difficult to manage by my husband not possible to hold doors and wheelchair. We stayed in king size third floor. The shower water runs towards the door not the drain. I didn’t risk showering due to floor being too wet didn’t wish to slip. We ordered dinner through room service Pizza was served nicely with chips and salad pizza looked good.Shame it was burnt at bottom ate a bit was hungry chips and salad excellent.Breakfast was very good. First time experience not so outstanding for Hilton for us.

Beds were lovely, shower excellent, restaurant was great, staff very attentive!
Parking is expensive, we were given a discount code which didn’t work so was £20 for 24 hours

Great location for what we were looking for.
Unique int hat it is in a football stadium
Close to facilities and shopping of all kinds
We didn't expect there to be a football match on the night of our stay so was noisy but not excessive.
Parking was some way from the hotel with large bags due to football match

Good environment
The beds could have been twin beds. Not one big double bed

Rooms and property fine, no complaints
I finished a work event late, Sunday 5th May and was awoken before 8am by a very noisy marathon start from both directly outside my window and inside the ground itself. When booking I feel I should’ve been made aware of this as I would’ve likely booked a different property.

Grote afstand die je moest lopen naar je kamer (hotel is -deels- rondom het stadion gebouwd).
Batterijen van de TV bleken leeg te zijn, maar daar kwam de technische diemnst niet achter. Moesten we zelf concluderen. Op zich net zo erg, maar TV uitzetten met afstandsbediening ging dus niet. daardoor hadden de vorige gasten de stekker (vrijwel onbereikbaar achter de TV die strak tegen de muur zat) eruit getrokken.

Fantastic location for the football, unique setting around the pitch.
Doors slamming throughout the night - please consider a soft close option!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in the U.K. Really enjoyed our short time there. We will use again when we need to visit the area.
There wasn’t anything wrong that I could see.

The room was incredible. We signed up to hilton honour and go an upgrade. It had everything we need as the stadium view was literally outside our door [although if you want a peaceful night this is not recommended]
How far the room was from an exit. We literally walked 15mins each way to our room / to the car

Actually stayed here a couple of times for conference. Like the rooms - spacious and well appointed. Great choice for breakfast.
I find the excessive walking round the hotel a bit of a pain and then needing key card to access certain doors. My key card wouldn’t let me in to my room so after having walked to the furthest point in hotel from reception key card wouldn’t let me in but equally wouldn’t let me access doors back through to lift to reception therefore had to exit hotel from restaurant entrance and walk round to reception! Very time consuming and it was dark and didn’t like having to go outside and walk around to front entrance.

- Bed was very comfortable
- Fridge in room is very useful
- Reception staff were helpful
- Well stocked toiletries and the option to get extra or items forgotten from reception
- Very clean
- Lovely view of pitch from 4th floor
- An additional £24 on top of our already pricey stay (prices were increased as it was Moto GP weekend). Absolutely no need to charge an additional £8 per night to paying hotel customers, it’s greedy and quite frankly off putting. Usually stay here every year to attend the GP but this has very much put me off.
- There was a roof leak on 4th floor which was dealt with by placing towels and a plastic bucket underneath the hole in the roof. This was like this for our 3 night stay. You are a multi national company, I would expect an issue like that would be rectified promptly. It looked very poor.

Lovely room, the fridge is a welcome amenity. Air conditioning is also a great addition. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Returned after staying here in 2019, lovely hotel. Welcome cookie is a nice touch. Enjoyed the red dot bar which had very reasonable prices.
The room cleaning process. Would be much easier to place card outside room door - ‘please make up my room’ instead of having to book 24 hours in advance. There was a lot of litter and empty takeaway boxes, room service trays etc littered along the hallways of the hotel which looked unkempt and unpleasant. Would be beneficial if buckets could be emptied daily to prevent this from happening. There is also a lack of bins outside the hotel to discard of your own rubbish. Found the whole scan to view information frustrating and would also be easier to provide laminated information in rooms that can be wiped down.

Lovely comfortable large bed .great view of the football pitch so it was quiet after the ladies match had finished .The room attendant made an Easter rabbit out of the flannel which amused our grown up daughters .Thebreakfastwas great everything you could want .
I wasn’t aware that you had to pay for parking but at least there was a discount .The receptionist gave the people before me decaffe t bags but when I requested some she told me they would be in the room but they were not .The next time I asked there were none left in reception it was a good job I actually took my own as I specially requested due to health reasons .
