Excellent communication with Andi (10/10), nice suggestions regarding local sightseeing and places to eat (Pizzeria Il Capriccio, Piesendorf was amazing!) Perfectly located property: by car, the Kitzsteinhorn cable car is 4 mins & Tauern Spa is 5 mins away. Clean chalet & fully-quipped kitchen. Fire-place within the chalet added the feels for me & my wife ❤️
Also a nice Dorfchalet cup & 2x bandana as farewell gift 🤗.

The studio though small was extremely well planned and functioning as well as decorated with great taste for colours.
I also appreciated to have a view in two different weather directions. Had we had a little more sunny afternoons during our week we would also have made more use of the terrass outside the entrance door to enjoy a pre 4 o'clock drink when the sun set behind the ridge of the alp in fornt of us.
There is almost nothing we didn't like. I would have appreciated a mirror in the entrance, as well as a warm rack in the bathroom for towels. The shower cabins with plastic floors are not optimal - one tends to slip on them. Floor tiles are much preferable. Anyway, these are minor complaints. Nice open view towards the alps above Zell am See.

Challet was very clean and fully equiped. The property is situated in walking distance from several restaurants, Tauern Spa is about 20min. by foot. Challet Alma is perfect for family with 2 children.

All was briliant. Spotless place with fully equipt beutifull and modern kitchen. Boutique design.
Host were hepful and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Dorfchalets Kaprun! The chalet itself is very neat and cosy, the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen facility is complete, the garden was lovely, the location was easy to find and practical. But what impressed me the most is the generous host Andi who welcomed us and quickly responded to all our inquiries. He even went a greater mile by printing the covid test appointment of my son and brought it to our chalet. We're really grateful to spend our holidays here!

The nature was amazing. Apartments very nice, modern, clean. Friendly and helpful owners.
Just the little details to make it perfect - would be cool to have sharpening tools for knives in the kitchen, they were dull.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful cozy apartment close to everything in Kaprun. Both owners were nice and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. We were super excited & we will definitely come back.

Great and cosy place. 5 minute walk to centre where the restaurants and supermarkets are. Kitchen has everything you need.
Good information about sightseeing and hiking available.
The Kaprun card is great! And the Tauern Spa even better😊.
