Breakfast was simply disgusting. Food was of poor quality and the breakfast room was extremely hot.

I like how cold it was in the room however, the place looks really old for some reason. Linens, furniture, paint and even the lights need to be replaced.

Linens, paint, lights and furniture are old. The smell in the hallway were also not good but not really bad either. You could really tell that it's becoming one of those low-cost hostels/motels that you pass by around.

Needs some sprucing up. Some floors and walls are peeling

it's the dirtiest hotel I've tried.

Returning guest of malayan plaza since 2018. I booked and stayed in a premiere one bedroom suite room1816 on the 18th flr. Spacious bedroom and I like the bed configuration (3 beds for 4pax): 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It has a walk-in closet; it has hot water from the bathroom sink, shower and kitchen sink. Forgot to take pictures bcoz I was so tired when i came back from the office. Will be back soon and will surely take pictures next time. The staff at the concierge were all pleasant and helpful especially Amir and i think the other one i spoke to was crysta but all of them.were all pleasant and helpfull. I also like manong from housekeeping forgot his name. Glad that the room was available that time as I need to extend for 1 night and i had a well rested day. Walking distance to podium, megamall and shang plaza as well as robinson galeria and some korean store and resto.

Were not able to use the bidet other than that the bathroom is ok. As always the iron hasn't improved since 2018. No bathrobe.

Location, location, location! It's a min walk to The Podium Mall. My twin boys love having breakfast at the Pancake House - and it's right by the lobby entrance. The hotel is so near Emerald Ave. where my mom & I love to walk around at night.

The rooms are not properly maintained anymore. The phones don't work. The towels need more washing as they are not white anymore.

the staff are very friendly , the pool is great and good location

the property is ageing and small ipis ( cockroach)seem to be everywhere

Lobby is grand, staff are pleasant and abrupt. Spacious rooms. I like that they put me in a room with a view of the city.

Need to update light fixtures in the room, incomplete kitchen utensils and still need to request from the housekeeping. It would be nice also if slippers and bathrobes are provided.
