The food is great.
Fridge did not work in my room. Manager of the Rooftop restaurant is not customer friendly.

Every 4 or 5 Star Hotels do there best to ensure the customers are satisfied. I am also satisfied, but few things to be improved to have 5 star ratings. We need to have atleast basic requirements in the room for what we have paid. Few things were missing and i have given them few suggestions and advises for which i am 100% sure they will work on it. Arshi Khan was too helpful and was available round the clock to serve us and she is the True Illustration of Customer Service.
When someone pay the Room rate, they expect good service and facilities. Few of these were missing and we need to get it corrected while staying. Nothing as a Complaint but few suggestions and advices were given by me to the staff to ensure the next customer in the same room should not face it.

Hotel name is not familiar to Ola drivers and lost their way most of the time to reach the hotel!

the manager was rude i forgot his name and one of the receptionist named himanshu he is throwing attitude to me and my friends

the staff at front desk was very slow made us wait a lot in spite of doing reservations a day before nd the payment was done in prior online but still they made us wait nd more over wat they have written in the discription about snacks chocolates nd tv nothing was available not tv was working according to the discription which was gieven on the instruction pad it wasn’t working

The receptionist tried her best to meet our needs. Our heartfelt gratitude to her.
There was mold on the bathroom walls. Bathroom was visible from outside. So basically, when someone is using the bathroom, others cannot go to that side of the room. The room had a cheap budget hotel look. There was no food available in the hotel's dining area. We had to take our children out after a very hectic journey. Not recommended.
