Once I figured out where I was it was easy to get around. I felt safe. Good breakfast and basic amenities.
It was exceptionally warm with no air flow, sweating at 8am at breakfast when it was much cooler outside. The bead squeaked with each movement. The bathroom ceiling had what looked to be like mold growth above the sink area (presumably from a leak above). They didn’t seem to really help me navigate how to get places or pick me up from my tour. (This was different at the other Riads I stayed at, both going above and beyond to help.)

Riad Kenzo was an excellent place to stay in Marrakech. It's right in the centre of the Medina with a delicious breakfast included and very clean. A big thanks to the brilliant staff Fatima and Mohammed for their great recommendations and conversation. I would definitely go back when I'm next in Morocco!

We stayed for 3 nights at the riad, which gave us easy access to the souk and attractions in the medina.
Fatima and Ayoub were very nice hosts and gave us lots of tips for our time in Marrakech. We really liked the way they made the mint tea, so I would give it a try if you visit. There is good thought put into how the rooms are decorated and the riad has a homely and traditional feel.

We had an amazing experience mostly thanks to friendly and available staff. Special thanks to Fati and Ayub (?)!
The only thing we didn't appreciate on this whole experience was the bad smell and the garbage on the side floor of the alley that gives access to the riad, even though it's got nothing to do with the riad, it's unfortunate.

The accommodation was a hidden gem, with lots of Mortoccan character and history.. Wiithin a very short walk to the medina, its location was very convenient.. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.very good value for money.

if I have to say something bad it’s that if you have a car it’s so a mess to get there due to the traffic and they don’t have a car park but you have to pay one of another riad.

we took the Medina tour that they proposed and it was probably the worst one we ever did. didn’t learn anything new or useful. lasted 3 hrs less than it was supposed to be. the bed was super comfy, clean room, well located. breakfast was lacking fruits and way too much bread. now windows to the outside, the pool is more for the picture and ambiance. it was ok but I would chose another Riad next time

The best thing was the staff, they were very helpful and friendly, they took time for us and gave us a lot of useful tips.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and the location is perfect, right in the center of Medina and you can walk everywhere.
We missed tea at the breakfast, there was only the option of coffee.
Shower is a bit hard to use.
The Wifi is quite bad.

The property was comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our cases when we went on a tour to the Atlas Mountains.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. the property is in a pedestrian area so it’s necessary to walk a short distance. This was fine for us but may cause problems for someone with mobility issues.

Lovely Riad in the Medina and amazing staff. Fati and Aouyub were friendly, kind and so helpful. The first day, Fati gave us many recommendations and received us with pastas and tea.
Both breakfast and dinner were delicious.
The excursion was great, very enjoyable. And the day we had the excursion Aouyub prepared breakfast for us although we left before the official time. That was a very nice gesture.
We will repeat again!

air con wasn’t great especially considering it was 40 degrees, breakfast does not include water we had to pay for water for breakfast which was annoying (why would you not provide water with food?)
