Friendly staff and easy check in.
We didn't order breakfast but we're able to get coffee to go at no charge.
Parking was a challenge, all on a narrow street and only one disability spot.
The room needed more lighting, only two lights at the bed.

The breakfast was adequate. The location is out of town but the tram service is very good and is just across the road. It takes a out 25 minutes .
May be more choice at breakfast.

barely nothing was right. Bad quality for a 2* hotel
Rooms 105 and 107 are not in the corridor but behind the spiral stairs. The doors are barely visible. The walls are made of cardboard and you can hear everything between these rooms. There are no bedside tables, the paint is missing in some places, the bathroom is very bad, and they had spiders on the wall. The TV cables were hanging, the ceiling is low and the air conditioning machine is above the bed and makes a lot of noise. NEVER admit those rooms if they offer to you one of them. Ah the hotel is located very far from the city center. and in a solitude area with nothing around.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful and the bed was really nice.

not easy to find, room that reeked of smoke, impossible to sleep with the smell, some dirty socks on the floor from some others, water on the bathroom floor who knows from where

All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Although placed not far from a busy road, when having the windows closed one couldn't hear a single noise from that road.

Probably this hotel survives at this price level because it's very close to some university faculties and a hospital. It's a bit too expensive for what it offers though.
We thought this was a dog-free hotel, but there was a dog (belonging to guests) sniffing around in the breakfast room. Some glasses are stored there way down low, and of course the dog needs to sniff them. Yuck.
The breakfast was mediocre.
The rooms upstairs are rather stuffy.
