was amazing and so confy, the service was really good and were deeply focus on your stay to be perfect. they have people that speak spanish also and help us a lot.

Location was superb, halfway between Moorgate and Barbican tube stations, and not on a busy road

The staff at the reception was cool and not very welcome. we ordered a room for 2 people, but the room was so small, the bed is only a 1.2-meter bed, and it is NOT for 2 people! and it is NOTHING like the pictures show on booking.com. I felt cheated, hardly have 2 people to sleep in that small bed. we ordered for 2 nights, although we raised the issue to the hotel on the first day, but they just said, to send an email to discuss the issue! how can that help with our situation? room and facilities are old and not comfortable at all. terrible experiences!

The staff were very nice.

The rooms electrical plug sockets kept blowing. We didn't have any power for charging phones or hair dryer. I reported it the first day and they were very quick to cone and reset it but it tripped again whilst we were out. I had to go to reception to report it as the phone didn't work.
