The buffet menu and cosy onsen
The hotel is lack of heater outside the room

the bed was not comfortable

The onsen was great! And the food was nice.
The beds and pillows were way too hard.
The didn't provide pillow, blanket or towel for our youngest daughter, we had to ask. And only 3 beds for 4 people.
The room was small.
