Have stayed at Shahpura Hotels before also. This is a great value for money. Great location and amazing food with beautiful view of city palace and lake pichola at SHEKHA's . Kudos to the Shahpura Hotels team, keep up the brilliant work.

staff is not available for anything, requested few things which they never give and no one is there for like 5-6 hours to pick any phone or request on reception.

the front office manager Ms Chaya was exceptionally professional and courteous and super helpful throughout the stay. this was our second trip back, and surely more to come.
