The activities were good, the cleaning staff were really nice

Some of the hotel staff were not easy to talk to, they tried almost all the time to cheat us

Great location

Breakfast was awful & the beds where extremely uncomfortable. Staff were not helpful and didn’t really care about your needs.

Location, Nice & Clean…but is it worth the price?

Location was 2nd to none. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was very modern.

The WiFi wasn’t great, smart TV had no signal & wasn’t connected to the internet. I like a firm bed but the bed was rock solid. The bathroom fan was super loud! It’s confusing with so many buildings and swimming pools… I think they’s another hotel in the same block, as well as the two pool bars have different prices etc.

wonderful stay with a great spa. The staff were all lovely and accommodating.

Due to going out of season we had some rain. The gutter is too short, It ran down by our room from 15 feet up and was very noisy especially when it rained all night so disturbed out sleep

Would suit younger travellers due to night life.

Breakfast was ok, accomodation not bad.

Over charged for drinks tab on departure. A lot of people coughing their guts up, most likely Covid hotspot.

Welcoming Staff, we had a little issue with our room on the first night and they quickly offered us a solution and a new room. Nice for families and excellent location

Lovely stay as always .

The location is perfect . The pool is nice . Staff are lovely . Amazing cocktails.

The sun-beds are uncomfortable could do with some cushions on them. Music a little loud around the pool.

Great hotel

The hotel was lovely the staff were friendly breakfast was excellent and good location

No English TV channels and the surrounding areas bars and restaurants are out to rip you off I was changed in almost every bar restaurant and shop I went into although this is not the hotels fault it kind of ruined my holiday and I doubt I'd go back
