The staffs are all so nice. They provide a shuttle to the ski lift! Foods are great. I was hungry the other night and the guy just give me foods on house.

lovey family run hotel, friendly, great food, lovely vibe, heated pool, free transfers to the lifts
such a shame we arrived late in the evening to a closed hotel due to our taxi being an hour late. very worrying for two female travellers but eventually a neighbour helped contact them. perhaps the hotel should notify guests that if they are arriving late their hotel closes at 10 and to phone an out of hours number. Also one of the older family members of staff berated us for not letting them know we were going to be late which was such a shame as it left a bit of a bad impression after the lovely friendliness of the staff up until that point. We had no apologies for the worrying arrival and then got told off like naughty school girls like it was our fault.

Look no further..! Family run hotel - personal touches and made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent, loved the outdoor heated pool, and all round hospitality was exceptional

The breakfast was amazing. The communication from Michelle before we arrived was spot on. The friendliness from Michelle, her husband Frank and children Guisepoe and daughter Margo will make us return to this hotel year after year.

The excellent buffet breakfast included hot options. Dinner was a set menu but the hotel was very willing to provide alternatives if the set menu was not to your taste - it was ALWAYS to our taste!
The on-demand shuttle bus to and from the lifts was a treat as were the G&Ts in the heated outdoor pool. Great to unwind after skiing,

The staff was lovely. Great location just 10 minutes from the center and close to all facilities. Excellent, plentiful breakfast. Comfy bed and cozy atmosphere. We had a lovely stay!
The hotel has been partially renewed but some parts are still quite "vintage". The bathroom would get flooded at each shower. Very tiny showers, too. No lift. We had a nice stay but I found it to be a bit too expensive for the state of the facilities.
