Prima hotel voor zakelijk verblijf of als je op doorreis bent. Prima ontbijt.
Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet, en parkeerkosten auto zijn erg hoog.

Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig, verschiedene Wurstsorten, Käse, Müsli, Tee, Kaffee, Säfte. Für Vegetarier sehr vielfältig.

It was very clean and in a quiet location. The room was spotless and housekeeping did a good job. A very good choice at breakfast.
The ventilation panel in the window didn't seal properly so it was occasionally draughty. Needs some maintenance. Didn't raise with hotel as it's not a major issue and I was only there 4 days; might be an issue in winter?
They could do with having egg cups for the boiled eggs at breakfast.

It’s a bit far from the centre of Utrecht but it is close to the bus stop and it only takes 10 minutes on the bus to get to the station, so really not much of an issue.

Lage - Busstation in der Nähe.
Laute Klimaanlage draußen auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören - Türen von anderen Zimmern schlagen laut zu. Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstücksbuffet leergefegt. Parkplatz 15€ am Tag.

Das Hotel war wie erwartet! Frühstück war okay!!Personal sehr freundlich!!
Die Parkgebühr von 15€ p.N.fand ich angesichts fehlender Alternativen schon sehr heftig!Die fehlende Klobürste wurde ja schon mehrfach erwähnt und scheint zum Hotelkonzept zu gehören!

Wir waren sicher zum 10. Mal in dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war früher besser. Dieses Mal gab es keinen Obstsalat und die leere Joghurtschüssel wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Dafür gab es überbackenen Toast.

Lage etwas abgelegen aber mit sehr guter Busverbindung in die Stadt. Bushaltestelle in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Verder is de kamer prettig ruim. Meeste hotelkamers houden weinig ruimte over naast het 2 persoonsbed.
Ik kon de buren horen en helaas ruiken, qua rook geur. Maar dit kon ook aan de buren liggen

Wij vonden bedden te zacht en ventilatiesysteem op de kamer best wel lawaaierig en kon niet uit.

Er was waterschade aan het raam zichtbaar. Niet storend maar viel wel op.

The personnel was pretty polite and kind. At least the bathroom of the room was clean
I requested an early check in since I was travelling for business, the general manager of the hotel replied that when I arrive at the hotel they can check the availability and whether they can accommodate me. That was completely fine with me. However when I arrived at the hotel (13:02 and check in time at 15:00) the lady at the reception told me that they charge 10 euros/hour for the early check in. Well that is ridiculous and I was never informed about that! Thankfully after mentioning to the lady that I was not informed about that she said that she will not charge me this time but to keep it in mind for next time..Regarding the room, I was not expecting a five star hotel but at least some clean and comfortable room like holiday inn suggests, however the curtains were full of stains, the lining from the bed frame was torn, the mattress had a chuckhole in the middle and some bumps in other places, as a result I woke up with a really unpleasant feeling in my back. The breakfast was okay.

Had lactosevrij ontbijt aangevraagd dat was niet goed doorgekomen,
Omdat ik lid geworden was had ik later kunnen uitchecken dat werd pad verteld op het moment van uitchecken.

O hotel fica em uma área nova, arborizada e a pouco minutos (de autocarro) do centro de Utrecht. As infomações em relação ao transporte como chegar foram perfeitas. O Staff é muito atencioso. O pequeno-almoço atende às expectativas.
Precisa de uma sinalização externa um pouco melhor para quem chega de autocarro. O principal ponto negativo foram os travesseiros que são muito duros. Reportamos isso ao staff, mas eles não tinham nenhuma outra opção. Da próxima vez, levaremos os nossos travesseiros para conseguir dormir à noite.
