Friendly staff, breakfast and lady serving breakfast, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom was good. Lobby was welcoming.
Carpets need replacing/deep clean.

This property came up with the same town name as the town we were in but it was 6 hours drive from where we were and we could not cancel it!

It was a clean, tastefully decorated hotel! Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas!
We prefer breakfast to be self-serve rather than served by a staff member, though the choices were good.

Needs a lot of maintenance…hot tub not functional and had grasshoppers and bugs in it. Brooair condioner and blow dryer.

The staff was friendly at the front desk, but the lady serving breakfast was more interested in what was happening with the phone. When asked what I would like for breakfast, I said a waffle, one egg, and a piece of sausage.
My room was not clean; the toilet was not clean. The baseboards were dirty sleeping area had dust and dirt at the base of the baseboards that needed to be vacuumed. Needed more Blankets on the bed, so had to keep the room warmed than I would have liked

Warm friendly and inviting lobby. Very friendly staff. Food was good.
Not enough light in the room to put markup on. Wish there were usb at both nightstands.

We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat there. The second front desk clerk we encountered was very friendly.
We were given a handicap room and let's just say it hasn't been updated in some time. There were many cracked tiles and black mold (?) in the shower. Whoever made the bed had tucked up part of the bed skirt under the mattress. If the workers are lazy about the bed, what else are they lazy about? The poster on the wall looked water damaged - wrinkled and just cheap. The front desk clerk did not wear a mask, even though there is a mask mandate in this state. We paid more to stay here than any of the other local hotels, expecting a bit better quality. Next time, I won't waste my money.

Location and value were great
Exhaust fan was not working in bathroom so it made it a little humid in the room . I advised the staff and they were happy to made aware. I’m sure it will be fixed quickly for the next guest.

Had requested a ground floor room and they were very accommodating
Property can be seen from interstate but once actually off the road the entrance to the property is off a road hidden behind a row of gas stations and fast food restaurants. Some directional signage would be helpful.
