Relaxing and comfortable

Location was great and the spa was very appreciated on a cold day!

Very little privacy if curtains on French doors in the living area were open

Location and proximity to everything was excellent. Little private courtyard was beautiful. Kitchen well equipped. Just lovely

Although it’s a bit tired, the Villa is adequate for a very short stay and a great spot to watch the world go by,

excellent location, good parking, excellent check in & out times. Quick responses

it’s run down and lacks some of the basics. For instance, there were no tissues anywhere (a small thing, but it’s marketed as a ‘Spa Villa’) Handle fell off bath tap, table lamp flickered on/off as it had a faulty switch, fridge doesn’t seal so it’s always running (right next to the bedroom), no bottle opener / corkscrew / can opener. No sharp knives (3 blunt ones). Yard overgrown. Rusty outside table / chair on verandah. Door lock very stiff (wife couldn’t lock/unlock so I had to do it every time)

Good spot with all the essentials for an easy stay plus a relaxing spa bath

Nice to have some snacks provided, spa was good, 2 TVs and great to have a kitchen

Gutter out of parking on the property scrapes and the doors are hard work to lock - both should be upgraded

Beautiful villa with extremely helpful staff

Beautiful, private villa with spa bath right in the heart of Hepburn Springs, walking distance to everything. Alice the manager was incredibly helpful in arranging in house massages and sorting out delivery of a cheese platter before we arrived.

Cozy and comfortable games moves and restaurants nearby

it was small and compact perfect for two, but not for a family. but I’m not complaining

A wonderful stay for my wife and I, very peaceful and relaxing for the both of us.

The villa provided a basic dry continental breakfast which is very much appreciated...

The toilet seat is cramped and not enough leg room; the toilet/shower room would have been great to have it's own heater and bath robes would have been a nice touch.

This villa inside very small, bedroom no door, the decoration is old and everything used is outdated, including cooking utensils, TV, DVD….

The worst experience and lost my money.

There was nothing to like about the property. It is extremely overpriced for a very moderate facilities provided. I cant believe the host is charging such a huge amount for a property like this.

I paid almost $400 a night for a nice property to relax. The facilities we very moderate and the beds and couch were cheap. The kitchen was the smallest kitchen I have seen. The fireplace was not working and there was only one old heater that didnt work and made terrible noise everytime trying to switch in on. The host is very quick to charge as soon as the booking was done and now I understand why and why it is non refundable.

Exceptional

The place is cozy, clean, comfortable, close to the restaurants, shops and spa’s. It is the perfect romantic getaway place for my husband and I who haven’t seen each other since the pandemic started. Alice was very accomodating and helpful throughout my booking process. The welcome box was very much appreciated too.

Disappointing. Would not stay again and have not recommended it to friends who asked us about it

Breakfast not part of arrangement although tea, coffee, muesli and milk were provided. Location perfect for our requirements

Villa was cold and unwelcoming. Table for eating was too small and kitchen bench crowded.
