The food was pretty good for a resort. Usually resorts don’t have the best food options. The drinks were good and the staff was fun. The beaches were very clean.

The pools were very gross. A few days even in the morning they had a scum on them after being cleaned. I understand with a large pool and lots of people there will be hair and dirt and bugs and stuff, but this was just nasty. The price was a little high for what you get in my opinion. We were on our honeymoon and my sister upgraded our room to xhale with a pool. The pool was cool. Dirty, but cool to have. The rooms weren’t anything special. The “butler” they advertised wasn’t worth it either. We would have to ask for things several times before getting them or just have to call the front desk ourselves. The xhale lounge and pool were nice. You could tell the quality of drinks were a little better and it was a quiet place to go. They also have snacks. All in all I didn’t feel it was worth the money and it was dirty.

First and foremost, if it wasn't for my friends coming on this trip with me I would have had a horrible time. I like the pools and the fact that they had and pool party every night. The men wait staff were very nice as well and always made me smile.

Okay so first, the initial review that was posted on this site was forged by the manager (Jose Luis Adames) as I got an email stating "Thanks for your review" and I was still in the hotel. He tried his best to rectify the situation with dinners and upgrades at my next visit but I did not want any of that so I guess he took it upon himself to give a review for me (not sure how that works). He hassled me for the last two days of my trip after i complain to a staff member. This was very annoying and didn't allow me to enjoy my vacation. He was either calling me or coming to "check on me". My room was VERY outdated for the price of this stay. Honestly, it did not look nearly as shown in the pictures. My room was filled with mosquitoes due to the sliding door to the swim-out pool not fitting properly to the tracks. This made it easy for bugs to get in and out of my room and caused my to get bit up. Also when I booked my room i indicated that it was my birthday. I also indicated this to the front desk during check-in who stated "oh call the main line and ask for our complimentary birthday". Despite several other rooms having birthday, honeymoon, anniversiey, and welcome back banners. I attempted to move to pass this and called down as instructed however, no one came. Even when my friend requested it from her room, they never came. Also, the food was nasty, now grated we don't expect 5 starts in all-inclusive but i order chicken wings and they look like oxtails. I did not like that the pools closed at 7pm even though this was an adult-only resort.

Great amount of options

Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, To many vendors coming up while on the beach. It got a little annoying when trying to relax.

Clean rooms, nice property, and the staff were so helpful and friendly! Especially our Exhale Club Butler, Jose! He went out of his way to make sure we were having the best experience. Kelvin at the party pool bar always took good care of me at the pool bar, and I appreciated that he always remembered me and my drink order!
