Unit was lovely and really great value for money. The unit was nice and superbly clean thank you!!

Unit B7 had a stinking drain which we did report but no one came to sort it out. Also the stairs were quite tiring for an elderly person.

We did not eat breakfast at the facility, because it is not a real breakfast. We also were with family and did our own thing in Windhoek.

I think the accomodation will need maintenance soon.

Hot water was off on arrival. The establishment did not indicate that it was a continental breakfast. it was difficult to find the dining room.

Upgrade on building & furniture. Eye to detail on cleanliness in our room was sub standard. Bedding was good.

Beautiful and comfortable apartments! I stayed in the studio apartment and my colleagues shared the two bed apartments. Both apartments were beautiful, comfortable and well equiped. It has mostly everything that one needs to cook, and we were able to cook and have dinner every night in one of the apartments. The layout of the apartments is pretty simple but good, nice big windows which allowed lots of natural light inside the apartment. The studio apartments have a balcony with picnic chairs, which face the parking lot (a nice one, by the way). On the other side (the entrance door), you have a simple and small nice pool. The apartments are very secure, with 24h video vigilance and an electronic gate (for which they give you a remote with the apartment keys). In terms of location, is not central, but still not very far from city center (I think around 30 minutes walking). All in all, we loved the place and had a great stay!

The booking did mention washing machines in the apartments, but none of them had it. Average breakfast, although suitable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Although I loved the bathtub, not having a proper shower/hanging shower head/curtain in the studio apartment's bathroom can be a problem, as it forces one to mostly always have a soaking bath, otherwise the water will be spilled all over the floor.

Wish there was a shower instead of just a bath!

1) The bathroom was very clean and had a shower as well as a bath. 2) The beds were very comfortable - we appreciated that we each had our own bed. 3) The surroundings were well lit and it was great to have a balcony, so we could open the door for fresh air. 4) The staff are very friendly and helpful - they helped arrange transport to and from the airport, they helped us to carry our luggage up and down the stairs at the apartment, and they provided us with an iron and ironing board. 5) It was great to have a fridge with a large freezer section. 6) The apartment has a laptop safe.

1) There was a bad odour in the kitchen - possibly from the washing machine that had not been properly cleaned and aired. Staff tried to address it. 2) It would be great to have instruction manuals for the appliances and TV. For example: - The stove top and microwave are old, but still in working order. However, the text / images had worn off, so it took a while to figure out how to operate the stovetop and microwave. - The TV does not turn on immediately - we repeatedly had to try several buttons on the remote to get it to work. One of the remotes was also missing a battery cap. 3) The breakfast area is small and they ran out of brown bread on our first visit - staff offered to go and buy more, but to save time, we chose to take some of the cold meats and cheese up to our apartment, to have with our own bread. Also, it would be nice to have natural (greek) yogurt in the dining area (in addition to the selection of flavoured yogurts). 4) Some of the cutlery was missing e.g. there should be four of everything, except one knive and two tea spoons were missing.
