The rate I paid through Booking was far more expensive than the rate the hotel offered to the regular guest that comes directly to the facility.

In general terms everything was fine
At the beginning they gave us room 4, it was too far away from the main entrance, wifi did not work and the phone was broken into two pieces, to use it you had to hold it with two hands. Later they moved us to room 30, it was much better.

After a long day traveling we expected some hot water. However, we had to wait an hour for it to come on. There was also no hot water in the morning. More options for breakfast would have been nice as well.

Pool was nice and open 24 hours.
Staff were not welcoming. All lights were off when we arrived — the place looked deserted. They told us we can have breakfast any time, then when we showed up at 10:15 they said it finished at 10. When checking out we had to show staff to the room to prove we hadn’t taken anything.

The best thing about our stay at the Casablanca Hotel was the staff. They were authentically kind and helpful and the showed that they really care about our comfort and wellbeing during our stay.
The swimming pool is extremely cold and uncomfortable. It remains empty most of the time because of its temperature.
