Ubicación correcta y es bastante nuevo.

No correspondía la foto de la habitación con la realidad ,tenía una doble premium con ventanal y nos dieron una con una ventana pequeña que daba al interior, al quejarme me dijeron que no se podía hacer nada, que la foto estaba mal…no hicieron ni caso. Solamente hay un restaurante , no hay posibilidad de comer un sandwich o algún snack . Desayuno poco variado, vi gente comiendo cosas que no estaban en el buffet y nadie nos ofreció…No te ofrecen ni un vaso de agua, he estado en tres hoteles en estas islas y es el único que no ofrece nada de nada…No volveré, repetiría otros sin dudarlo…este no .

A good base but a bit lacking in ambience if you are a tourist

Great location, lovely staff and comfy room. The roof terrace was great for a spot of morning yoga.

lovely hotel. would definitely recommend

huge room, tastefully done. very comfy bed. nice views. wonderfully helpful staff on reception, helped us get a last minute restaurant reservation even though they were full and assured us with guides for other islands. a real credit to the hotel

pool area needed a bar, as you had to go downstairs every time you wanted a drink BUT I think they are planning on opening one

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Breakfast included, big room and comfortable bed and pillows and ocean view!!!

Dinner menu names were too fancy couldn't figure out without menu explanation. But over all good.

Lovely location, nice view over the bay and just a short walk to a some of the best beaches in Praia. Rooftop pool was great!

The restaurant could have been better, we ate there on the first night after a long flight in and whilst the food was good a lot of the dishes we originally wanted to eat weren't available, also the replen at breakfast could be a little slow. Minor details though as overall I'd definitely recommend, so much so we extended our stay a few nights.

deceived

After a 8h flight we arrived at night at the hotel. after 15min wait we were given a card and a room number. We were surprised to find a naked man in the room. we had to wait another 30min-45min before they gave us another room. the whole time we were standing because the hotel hall was the center of a film shooting. at some point we were even told to be quiet. We had a week planned in Praia and Perola was the first choice. Needless to say we didn't stay there. we were gone in the morning

Superb

The hotel is brand new and they are still renovating one wing, but it is really fantastic and best bed I have ever slept in! Location is great, amazing view from the rooftop and very kind staff.

The only downside is that, if you are vegetarian, restaurant menu at dinner is not very inclusive. But you will have problems a bit everywhere in Praia ;)

Business hotel

Large & clean rooms. Good location.

There are no “do not distirb signs”. Staff enters the room several times per day, even in the afternoon & evening. Not only for housekeeping but also to fill & check the minibar etc. They keep knocking on the door until you open it. If not, they will come back in a few minutes. It made no sense to me. Why not do it all at the same time, once per day?

Great place, modern and clean, and spacious. Loved the art displayed in the foyers.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have loved to enjoy the rooftop experience. Next time !

+ Clean + Very friendly staff + Good beds + Basic but good breakfast (fruit, bread, cake, eggs…) + Room was nicely decorated at arrival with flowers + Walking distance from city centre

- Pool was under maintenance, we could not use it - Water in shower takes a few minutes to get warm - Last two days there was no breakfast buffet, but the staff served what we asked for
