The property has the most amazing views. The communication with the host and staff at the villa was exceptional, always there when you needed them via the mobile phone provided at the villa. Always clean and laundry services provided.

A lot of steps to get to the property, but the view makes it all worth it!

Everything is just perfect. The ambience of the place is so nice, the view is amazing, also it's thought through with all the details and beautifully designed. We enjoyed every minute of it.

It was phenomenal! We loved the property. It was absolutely beautiful. The interiors, the pool, the view. Gosh, can't wait to come back. A word for the service too. They were so thoughtful and helpful. They leave a phone in the room for you to order food from!

It was a steep climb. But worth it, to be honest!

The villa was great, lovely pool and beautifull garden. It was a 10 minute walk to the restaurants. Staff was very nice!

Amazing view, the private swimming pool on the balcony made all the difference. The host transported us from the port to the apartment and gave us a mobile device as well and we were able to call him anytime to help us. Beautiful apartment, I would definitely go again!

like already mentioned living room gets pretty hot during the day as there is only ac in the bed room

There were about 90 steps to get to the entrance. The person who was supposed to welcome us to the apartment didnt know, that we were coming even though we got a booking confirmation one day before. The booked apartment was apparently alteady taken by other guests. We ended up getting a similar apartment instead. The apartment was extremely hot due to a complete window front facing the sunny side. There was no air conditioning which made it impossible to use the kitchen/living/eating area. The bedroom was airconditioned and as expected with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the terrace was not cleaned. We found pistacio and sunflower seeds next to the sunbeds, which must have been from the guests before. The sleep was good until 5:00 AM when a rooster in the neighborhood started to crow permanently. The pool had a greenish tint and we didnt use it. The last negative point was the checkout: The person who gave us the key told us during checkin that the ferry we needed to take would leave at 09:00 AM and he recommended a checkout at 08:00. So we waited packed up until well past 08:00 o‘clock but nobody showed up. We had to leave the key on the counter and left the apartment without a „goodbye“. At the pier we realized that the information about the ferry was incorrect. It left at 9:30, so we had plenty of time in the waiting area to kill. Altogether we cannot recommend this accomodation, especially if you expect “something special“ as we did for our honeymoon…

The view on the bay of Sairee Beach was nice. The air condition in the bedroom was okay. Daily cleaning of the bungalow was done very good.

The "villa" is a 1 bedroom, 1 living room and an external bath room. Only the bedroom was equipped with air condition. In my humble opinion the whole building more suits the classification of a "bungalow". The living room was exposed to sunlight the whole day and has no air condition. It was very hot in the living room arround noon. The external bath room has no air condition and the door and windows have to be closed, otherwise insects/mosquitos will find their way inside. The most annoying was the very steep huge amount of stars from the parking space to the building. As well as the very steep scooter parking space, which is very dangerous for moving a scooter around and driving downhill, especially after sunset and in rain.

It was very homily and well decorated, view from the balcony was amazing! Htet (staff) was great and with you at the drop of a hat. location was good and nice and secluded, would recommend hiring a bike to get to and from. we had a great time here and will be returning!

because of the glass windows the kitchen/living room got very hot in the daytime, slight smell of damp in the bathroom

Spacious clean villa with stunning views of the sea and sunset. Located on a quiet area so you can fully relax and have some privacy. Value for money.
