The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean.
The Hotel location is really far, especially for the ones who has no car.

this is a lovely hotel, I would highly recommend it. we had a great breakfast, its such a lovely building inside. Staff very friendly & helpful.
could not access car park on arrival. didnt reslise we needed to declare we had a car. would be useful if they ask that question when booking, as we arrived late and no staff around

At the beginning, I needed to wait in the front door of the Hotel about 10 minutes. The door was closed with nobody in the Reception.
The key-card does not work.
The installations were not renewed.
