Pool was refreshing and great views overlooking the beach. We ate at Lilly's for breakfast lunch and dinner and each time the food was amazing with so much selection so we tired all the different items and the cooking and presentation were fantastic. The service from the staff in the restaurant was very efficient and friendly. Loved our villa for the space cleaniness and the view was amazing.

The location of this resort is excellent, and the property is well-manicured. Our room was quite nicely sized and while we didn't get to enjoy the jacuzzi, I am sure it would have been a great experience. We both utilized the spa for massages and were very happy with the service provided. We would definitely consider another stay at this property in the future.
While the property was quite nicely kept, the beach was littered with trash and rotting fruit. All that trash really spoiled the view. We also saw cockroaches and tomcat insects in the room. While sitting at the restaurant, I saw a rat climbing in the rafter above the bakery. lastly, there were guests with dogs staying on the property and I just missed stepping in a pile of poop on the lawn near our room.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the peace and quiet at this hotel. There are two infinity pools with a stunning view of the ocean.
The selection of food at the restaurant was a bit limited. There aren’t any other restaurants nearby outside the hotel.

My girlfriend and I booked the Ocean Suite with Jacuzzi for a 2-night stay. The view was nice, with a superb black sand Pasut Beach.
We were quite disappointed by the service. The jacuzzi did not really work and failed to meet our expectations - the nozzles were way too weak. The drainage of the jacuzzi was also problematic. Do prepare for the occasional lack of hot shower. When we told the manager about these problems, she did not seem to care about it. The Resort was located somewhere really far from the city centre and there were lack of facilities except the one and only one slightly overpriced restaurant and a spa. The transportation offered by the Resort was also more expensive than the general price. Yes the Beach was awesome but you can access to it by going for other villas or resorts which offer better service.

Full english breakfast is perfect. Jaccuzi and pool is great. Bathroom is large. Hot water is working. Bamboo mat on the floor helps to avoid slip on the wet floor. We love the smell of hand wash.
The hotel complex is great, view is superb.
Air conditioner is not blowing cold air

to start with the villas are beautiful and spacious, the best there is the bathroom! the garden is amazing and the view form the 2 pools is breathtaking. the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the food in the restaurant is really good. the breakfast: omg a lot to choose from, they prepare even vegan versions, and on top of all the portions and variety is top top. spa is also great, the best treatment I had on the island. all was amazing value for money
the yoga classes are available only on Saturday

I liked the pools at the beach and our Bungalow
It is really hard to rate this as we stayed for 4 nights. Our A/C was broken, and they kept filling it with gas, which made me really uncomfortable to sleep at night, knowing there is a gas leak. The manager did not provide any alternatives, just a "sorry." For a 4 star, you would hope for a little bit more of customer service.
We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at their restaurant in those 4 days, and we were pretty happy, but the checkout day, something was wrong with the breakfast. Ants appeared on my plate. I thought to myself that does happen, but the spinach seemed weird. I didn't want to say anything and kept eating. BIG Mistake. We stayed till 5 pm till taxi came to drop us off to the airport and the nightmare started. The driver had to pull over several times as I vomited. After check-in, I kept vomiting, and I was not able to fly and rushed to the hospital. We missed our flight. We were in enormous stress just because the kitchen gave me old food on our departure day. It was so sad as the other 3 days were amazing. Even the provided juice was then added with heaps of water.
I was actually planning to go back, but now I have second thoughts 😪

Modern private villa with pool, comfortable bed, good bathroom products. Resort has nice beachfront restaurant and large jacuzzi nice at sunset. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely spa, Indonesian ritual package recommended. Nice friendly helpful staff.
Villa only has part ocean view. No Information package in the villa. There is no menu. Staff didn't give us wifi pw or explain lighting or how to lock gate, needs a password for a padlock. We had to make a lot of phone calls to get all the information. Kitchen not fully equipped, old dirty dishwasher cloth. The villa expensive, so we thought they could have provided a new cloth. Also No tea towels to dry dishes if needed. Noisy air con in master bedroom. Many sand flies that bite, you need bug spray. Resort does provide if ask. Many ants around living area pool and area.

Great beachfront position.
37km from airport on terrible roads. Took 1hr 50 minutes to get there after our evening flight. I expected it to take around half an hour.

property is really amazing. its clean and nice view of beach front.
if you are planing to travel amarta arrange your own transport. There is no any gojek or grab, because I was faced too much trouble for finding a transport from nakula. I was asked from receptionist to arranged transport and she asked $55 for the transport. be careful from those kind of people .

Second visit after 3 years. The facilities have improved. The restaurant, food and menu have greatly aproved and is now top notch for this price category. Fortunatly it still feels quiet and the staff is still very nice.

It’s in exceptionally beautiful place. Ocean villa is very spacious with comfortable king size bed and quiet sounds of waves crashing on the nearby beach will lull you to sleep each night. Great spot for an extravagant romantic getaway or honeymoon. I woke up rested and in fantastic mood every morning. The on site restaurant offers varied menu and very tasty meals. You should also treat yourself and your other half to an evening of spa treatments.
I do believe the entire stay was a very good value for money. Even if you are very stingy, you should still book at least a weekend if you are going to Bali so you can slow down and chill.
It’s quite a way away from almost all major attractions Bali has to offer. It’s going to be extra pricy for your tour guide to pick you up and Gojek (Balinese Uber) although app says it’s available, I wasn’t able to find a driver that would accept the ride and pick me up from that far away. Keep in mind that’s it’s a given since the villas are meant to be in secluded location, away from busy traffic. Consider learning to ride and renting a scooter if this will be your only stay.

- Nice ocean view
- Swimming pools just next to the sea
- Spacious room
- Restaurant: the menu seems to have a variety of food, but not really. It is not as good as the ocean view at this place.
- Management: this place has own activies for guests but not all the staffs know this info. So, when we asked some activites, the front desk was embarrassed and said they will contact later but no feedback until we went up for asking once again.
- isolated location: could be a good retreat for a couple of days but hard to stay more than 2 nights because of the lack of nice food and an isolated location from big cities if you want to explore.

on the beach
charged me for a hot tub room and had ZERO hot water. and when asked to be charged the normal room rate and not the additional for the hot tub room since there was no hot water and I couldn’t use the hot tub, they said no.
pretty unprofessional team and management.

The view is absolutely beautiful. The best location by the beach in this area.
I could hear the sound of waves from my room (ocean suite) and it was beyond what I expected !
The room is huge with everything you need (coffee, hairdryer, water). The bed is super comfortable and big. Cushions are the best - please let me know where to find them !
I definitely recommend for a few days to relax.
Long walks by the beautiful beach.
Grab doesn’t go to this area. Taxi is expensive as remote.
Not much around to eat or to do.
